I have always been fascinated by musical pieces that tell a story, just like in movies, books, paintings, and even video games. When I was younger, I used to be a photographer, mainly a nature photographer, going outside into forests, cities, beaches, and other places.

Stanley Kubrick is my idol in many ways—not only for his storytelling in films, but also for his photography—and I am very thankful for his past works.

This musical project is a tribute to him, but also a strong tribute to my years as a photographer during my teenage years. This project, called Between the Trees, tells the story of a man who wants to escape reality.
