Italian artists Lonely & Michael Js team up on Rekids’ REK’D sublabel with the ‘Libre’ EP. First up, Desolat artist and SICK MODE label boss Lonely drops title track ‘Libre’, a drummy groove keeping pace along a hypnotic, sultry Latin vocal and an earworm bitcrushed melody. Lonely is then joined by DJ and producer Michael Js, known for his sets at Fotonica Festival, ADE, Space Ibiza, LAB Madrid, and more, for ‘Lonemind’, featuring a rolling House beat, zippy synthlines and high-impact sampling, closing out the ‘Libre’ EP already supported by the likes of Laurent Garnier, Gina Breeze, and Marco Faraone.

If you say you are going to let the bass kick, you cant mess about & this label premiere from sugar. & Spiro Catalano wastes no time in getting to the point. The thick bassline wriggles underneath clever placements of the vocal chop, resulting in a rolling tune that continuously falls on top of itself in a euphoric cadence. The remix comes courtesy of up-and-comer JOHNJOSÉ who plays up the tribal elements & rounds out the release to fit all types of DJ sets.
