Francesco Daprile is 1/2 of the Milan-based creative duo Bar Disco. Since 2020, Bar Disco has been engaging in community-driven projects and events with a focus on highlighting the relationship between music and graphic design. Their colorful and uplifting DJ sets range from mellow jams that evoke sun-soaked, fresh sunsets to infectious percussive rhythms, cheesy covers, and straight-up club belters, all sprinkled with 4/4 housy beats. The visual aspect of their graphic work is rooted in vernacular graphic design, marked by an ironic flair that over the years yielded colorful and cocky merch. Their moniker pays homage to the 'Bar' as a space for collaboration and creative pollination.
