Words of Akaal – Daily Nitnem is a Full album of the Daily Paaths to be recited by a Sikh.
As Sikhs know Akaal Purakh (God Himself) gave these words to Guru Nanak Dev Ji and from there Guru Nanak Dev Ji undertook 10 Body Vessels in the form of the 10 Gurus to compile the Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Words Of Akaal the Album consists of the Daily Nitnem Banis which a Gursikh Recites as according to the Rehit Maryada (Code Of Conduct) for Sikhs.  We are releasing this album so people can become familiar with the Banis.  Tarli Digitals musical touches add beautiful mediational Natural sounds into the ambience for those who wish to meditate, listen and Do the Banis.  

It is recommended that one commits and try’s to recite these banis daily with discipline and pure love channelled towards the creator and his creations.

Words Of Akaal Daily Nitnem – We urge anybody who obtains a copy of these divine Shabads to treat these with utmost sanctity and respect.  The CD will be available shortly and this release will also have a free download online shortly.
It should be the objective of the person who obtains this release to be able to recite these Banis using a Gutka Sahib.  Try not to fall into a habit of just listening to these banis as they should be recited.  Also the same applies for the ardas tracks.  We hope these ardas’s will trigger Sikhs to be able to do there own ardas to Akaal Purakh Ji as it is fast becoming a ritual to offer a Gurdwara Granthi a donation and he carries out the ardas for you.  Ardas should be performed by one to Akaal Purakh there is not a need for a middle man unless one cannot perform the ardas themselves.

Sukhmani Sahib is the name given to the set of hymns divided into 24 sections which appear in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib, on ang 262. Each section, which is called an Ashtpadi(asht means 8), consists of 8 hymns per Ashtpadi. The word Sukhmani literally means Treasure (Mani) of Peace (Sukh). This set of Hymns or Bani is very popular among the Sikhs, who frequently recite it in their places of worship called Gurdwaras and at home. The full recital takes about 90 minutes and is normally undertaken by everyone in the congregation.

According to Sikh doctrine, this Bani is believed to bring peace to one's mind and compoundly peace to the world. This set of 192 hymns were compiled by the fifth Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji.

Ashtpadi 1:

    Meditate, meditate, by meditation peace is found.
    Antagonism and dispute are dispelled from your body.
    Meditate and Praise the One who pervades the whole Universe.
    Countless people, in so many ways, chant your(God's) Name.
    The Vedas, the Puraanas and the Simritees, the purest of utterances,
    All say the same Word for the One Lord.
    That one, in whom even for a second you dwell - their praises cannot be recounted.
    Those who yearn only for the blessing of Your Sight - Nanak: save me along with them! ||1||

In fourteenth century, India was ruled by muslim kings who would kill if anyone refuses to accept Islamic faith. Kabeer Ji was a true devotee of God and would eternally recite His name and mediate on God. Kabeer Ji would only worship God and none else. Kabeer Ji considered himself neither a Muslim, nor a Hindu.

Due to this , The king came to know about Kabeer Ji and asked him to accept Islam but Kabeer Ji refused. King ordered his soldiers to tie Kabeer Ji in chains and drown him in river Ganges.

The chain broke as Kabeer’s body touched the water of Ganges river. Kabeer Ji was raised from the water sitting on the deer skin floating on the surface of the river. 

 At that time bhagat ji , said its not me . Its Waheguru who did this ( to defect internal Ego)
