รวยรินกลิ่นแก้วแผ่วโผยโชยมา
ชื่นในอุราหอมดอกแก้วพารำพึง
เพ้อครวญหวนคลั่งถึงคราครั้งหนึ่ง
ถึงคืนนั้นซึ่งผูกพันตราตรึงซึ้งอยู่ในฤทัย

ราตรีแจ่มจันทร์สวรรค์ริมธาร
ดอกแก้วเริ่มบานหอมกรุ่นดวงมานปานใด
หอมยังแพ้นวลของแก้วขวัญใจ
หอมแก้วครั้งใดหอมแก้วฤทัยก็โลมไล้ชีวิน

ยังเคยพร่ำเพ้อเสมอเลยว่า
แก้วคือมณีมีค่าค้นได้มาจากดิน
โอ้จากมาไกลไฉนลืมสิ้น
แก้วคงน้ำตาร่วงรินเป็นเพชรดินรอพี่

รวยรินกลิ่นแก้วใช่แล้วแก้วเตือน
ให้ไปเยี่ยมเยือนเหมือนผึ้งไม่เลือนมาลี
ขวัญเอยขวัญใจขอให้ฝันดี
เพราะพี่ทวีรักแก้วมณีโอ้พรุ่งนี้เจอกัน

My translation into blank verse:

The sweet scent of jasmine flowers wafts out 
to please my heart. Yet these same blooms cause me
to cry, lament, and rave, pining for that
one time, that night pressed deep into my heart,

a moonlit night, with heaven hemmed by water.
However fine the fragrance of this flower,
its scent still pales to that of my sweet love,
whose jasmine scent caresses my body. 

I rant and ramble on and on, saying
“This jasmine’s like a gem plucked from the earth,
from goodness knows how deep. Waiting for me,
its tears turned it into a pure diamond.”

The sweet scent of these jasmine flowers stirs me
to visit, as a bee shuns not a bloom.
My heart and soul! I wish you peaceful dreams,
my jasmine jewel—tomorrow we shall meet.
