I must be the only person in the northern hemisphere who didn't see the Northern Lights last week. Next time I'll take a leap of faith and go sit on a cold hilltop and wait.

Awesome topic to write about, and lovely song that came from it. Still something I have trouble doing.

Song a Week 2024 #41

I was reading "Wild" by Cheryl Strayed, about her Pacific Crest Trail experience, and I got to where she talked about the leap of faith she took to hit the trail.  I immediately knew that I had to write about that.

Then we went out and watched the skies on Thursday, leading to the second verse... 

Writing this song was a leap of faith, just like life, when we go for it.
