At Psychedelic Adventure I got to play right before Dimension 5. Thanks again Tom for this lovely setup and opportunity. Pavane and Binary Bliss set the dancefloor on fire and I really hoped to maintain the momentum at such a delicate moment. The room was packed, the energy was undescribable. Here’s a powerful melodic set with mainly old and new Goa plus some oddities, catered for the middle of the night. :)

The Mandalavandalz touch down on Earth long enough to leave us with their third twisted masterpiece.
This intense collage of sounds has been conjured up from deep within the minds of the Finish duo,
and presented as is, served only with a garish of fresh mushrooms, or perhaps a cup of tea.

The pair, already well familiar to the world as Texas Fagott, and have already given us their previous two albums as Mandalavandalz,
in the form of Hong Kong Nightlife and the twisted Kamikaze.
This third album is the result of many influences from their recent journies,
taking all the cultures and traditions they致e been experiencing, and brewing it up in their studio in Goa,
India. They believe with this release they have pushed trance beyond trance itself!

Brace yourself as Halluciano Powerotti and Tomo Tomatoeyes bring to you the sounds of the Chapora Nightlife.
The future sound, made in a traditional place.

Anyone who bemoans the 砥npsychedelic・nature of current psytrance would be well advised to check this out.
In fact, calling this 叢sychedelic・is a bit of an understatement,
rather like suggesting that Angelina Jolie has a mouth 途easonably adequate・for performing fellation.
The bastard son of Texas Faggot, Mandalavandalz・music is fast, frenetic, deranged,
hyper-ritalin trance recorded in (checks inlay) 敵oa.・Wherever that is.
Wnd while most night-time music professes to be 都cary・ this is Jack Nicholson hacking thru your bathroom door,
while everything else is more like an episode of the X-Files. BPM痴 are fast, and usually changing.
No breakdown lasts longer than about a bar. On Roller Gauze, Typ10ly and Do You Read Me,
there痴 so much frenetic bouncing going on that it痴 hard to keep track.
Hotrny Goa Teen Pimps is pornographic both in its worryingly squelch camples,
and in its unforgiving mushroom-nightmare synths. Mata痴 Medical Story is twisted ge nius,
and Monkeywalium is a deliciously abhorrent slab of amyl-house. Top of the heap though has to be Raggare,
a rolling Funland-amusement-park indie-jazz-rock, east-cheats-west egg and cress sandwich.
Whether viewed as an album or as a vaguely postmodern artistic comment on Something (matters not what),
this is utter visionary brilliance. Rating 9 of 10

6 DIMENSION SOUNDZ presents their first compilation album,
compiled by the legendary Petri Koskinen,
who is more usually known by his nickname Pepe,
featuring 9 previously unreleased tracks,
all written and produced by Pepe's various projects and side-projects !
Pepe is one of the founding fathers of the Suomi style of trance,
and he influences all producers in this genre.
Together with Francoise Faggot he set up Squaremeat in the 90's and
had numerous releases including 3 albums on Finland's Exogenic Records and
1 on pioneering German label Nephilim Records,
plus many compilation tracks on Surreal Audio,
Exogenic and recently Faerie Dragon's "Squeech",
and now 2 more on this new compilation.
Together with Timo from Mandalavandalz he also produces as Flying Scorpions,
who released their debut album with 6 Dimension Soundz in 2003 and have 2 tracks here.
His solo project, Lightaman Jr, has been receiving great reviews at parties in Japan,
and this compilation will showcase the first Lightaman Jr compilation releases.
He also team's up with Pii (Chill Band of Sora) as Gruuvit Muuvit for 2 tracks,
and finally with Ville from Salakavala as F-Virus. Pepe and his friends
bring you a masterpiece of suomi trance
"No Possible Soundz".
