It made me think of all the teachers I had in my life, some of whom have moved on, and the weird thing is I never really got a chance to thank them for what they taught me. It saddens me that I can't thank them now, but I hope this piece will help soothe it.
So this one's for all those teachers in my life, that I never got a chance to thank. Thank you for all that you've done.

I wanted to write this as a series.

Following from "rain", winter finally arrives. This is an account of how it felt when I saw, and experienced snow for the first time.

I woke up one morning, my dad came running to tell me it was snowing. I looked out the window, and it was cold, very cold. 
I was really tired, as was my brother. So we went back to sleep, only to have my parents storm into our room and wake us up again.

To our surprise we saw our backyard covered in snow. My brother and I got warm as quickly as we could and we stepped out and touched the snow, with gloves on obviously.

This was all a week before my father passed away.

I hope you enjoy it, and I'd love to hear the story you feel as the song plays.

Dhruv's music stems from childhood experiences as well as feelings of great anguish and grief. Having lost his father at a young age, many of his songs focus on how he has grown and the stories that come with it. Inspired greatly by his immediate surroundings, he began writing music as a therapeutic respite. His emotional connection to his family and loved ones gives him every reason to tell stories that Inspire.
