It’ll never feel lonely again. every inch of grieving skin, and every sliver of humid joy, now carefully severed, lay spread in the deep mud.

Once you have lived long enough, the pieces of your being remember each other so well. They can be disassembled yet remain in tune with one another, reaching out across the labyrinthine depths of the bog. As it tightens its embrace, it'd take true devotion to trace back each end.

As the heavy air of the swamp convulses and evaporates at a glacial pace, the glass house built atop is the perfect observatory, away from everyone and everything.

It’s too dangerous to go down there, I’ve become one with the roots and the air and the radio waves are making me itch all over...
