Weaving interchangeably between the human and electronic incarnations of his voice, it's easy to draw comparisons between his talkbox technique and those of his more iconic predecessors. Yet, while he makes reference with reverence, he does it in his own way, having distilled the blueprints of many into the sound of one - and it's ready to be heard in full on "Loveline."

Brian K. Morgan is a prolific and seasoned musician from Englewood, New Jersey. His sound is timeless; reflective of the 80’s era during which he flourished and undeniable today. Brian’s collaborators over the years could form a Mount Rushmore of Funk and include George Benson, Kashif, Melba Moore, and Gwen Guthrie, among others. 

When his roller disco hit “A Good Time” dropped on UK-based label Super Disco Edits two years ago, Brian gained instant notoriety in the current modern funk scene. The A Side features the banger "You got It Baby", a revamped & boosted rendition of the original version, previously released only on CD in 2007, and available for the 1st time on vinyl. This song really established the "Modern Funk" sound, and solidified First Touch as pioneers of the movement.
