In this practice we are conditioning our bodies to be able to take in just one breath per minute. Close your eyes and allow hand played instruments and supportive instruction to transport you to a point of stillness within. In this state you are one with all of creation and you can begin building a new paradigm of your own conscious choosing. You can also use this practice to just CHILL out. Every bodily and cognitive function runs most efficiently when you are in a relaxed state.

~One minute breathing has been shown to result in a decrease in blood pressure, an increase in digestive efficiency, and more conscious direction of our brain. In this state our body is also able to begin establishing chemical neutrality due to a decrease in oxidative radicals being created during respiration, and this can increase your overall life span. The Divine is looking out for us,

This track came about on the fourth day of the full moon in Aries as Luna was peakin' through the back door in the studio space and emitting the coolest vibes. I was curious about what would happen when healing instruments were paired with some sick ass jungle breaks and viola; Blue Jungle Moon was born (:
