Berlin-based artist Eclectic Elektra is a DJ, vinyl collector, and producer. Her music is *eclectic*, ranging from Italo disco to dark disco, house and synth-pop to electro, trance and acid. Think of it as a cheeky Italo 80s hit with an acid baseline and some 90s house stabs. In the past year, she used her time in lockdown to venture into music production and is set to release her first EP in 2022. Stay tuned! ✨

Part of a musical household in the 80's and 90's, his older sisters and parents would play anything from disco, synth wave, heavy metal, to Persian pop music, and hip hop, the list is endless. His first foray into live music was his freshman year in college, when he and friends would attend pre-parties for Detroit Electronic Music Festival. After some time, he explored the house and techno scenes between Detroit and Chicago, before eventually settling into New York the past four years.

When he is curating a set, expect heavy synths, high energy, and groovy bass lines. His sets span EBM, Italo, Electro and Detroit Techno.

A current monthly resident at Hart Bar in Brooklyn, where he hosts his Harekat parties that invite local artists to come display their talent. The parties range from industrial techno and minimal, to house and everything between. He has played in the New York City, Chicago, and Tampa area, as well as having sets internationally (most recently at HWK in London).

Time Is Now (Original mix)

Revolution 1988 EP is an innovative interpretation of early House and Acid House vibes. Clocking in at 125 Bpm on the A side, it sets the mood for the sonic exploration of naturally expressed, impactful and upbeat classic house piano riffs and a tight rhythm section, contaminated with a punchy bassline and rich percussive elements. To complete the journey, it’s also worth mentioning the effortless contribution of well worked out vocals and dubby kind of FXs that will lift the dancefloor to the very last beat.

The Red Pill can’t be labelled as a B side, in that it is a dancefloor filler of its own.
