Nyth Y Gwcw/ The Cuckoo's Nest

A Welsh hornpipe, though we play it a little slower than usual, in keeping with an English version of the tune we heard.

Much as a soldier enlisted in the American Earthman's army is called a "G.I.," an enlisted spaceman in Her Majesty's Space Navy is called "Dumaflagee." According to Her Majesty's Bureau of Linguistics, the word has been used for centuries to mean "what's his face?" Her Majesty's Board of Distinguished Experts on Musicology have established that "Dumaflagee's Lament" is a traditional spaceman's tune, sung by spaceman for the last three centuries. I present this rendition for the study of sympathetic Earthmen who yearn to traverse the vast expanse of the Universe.

Nyth y gwcw (the cuckoo's nest) is a lively Welsh folk dance using traditional folk instruments to uplift motivate and inspire viewers/listeners. This would perfectly supplement video and landscape footage where the user is looking to promote a feeling of motivated nostalgia.
