The prefaces and foreword to the 1939 publication "Fascism and Big Business". In these sections, Guerin discusses the outline of the book and that the specifics of the fascist movements (as they existed in 1939) would be discussed as opposed to the conditions of World War 2. He believed that fascism being financed by big business would only serve its interests as long as money flowed into the coffers of the fascists. After then, fascism would stop being a tool of the anti-proletariat movements.
