As the dust finally begins to settle after the release of Pan-Pot's massive album 'The Other', it's time to unleash a collection of heavy hitting reworks from the best and brightest stars of todays techno elite. Through careful consideration and an acute attention to detail, we couldn't be more elated to confirm ten artists we know and love to contribute their unique vision to Second State's first ever remix package.

Kicking things off with a heavily twisted alteration of 'Attention' is Nicole Moudaber and it's a tangled, dark trek through dense acoustic layers of audible madness. Next up is the Hamburg duo

Extrawelt with their twist on 'Optimistic Grey' and they deliver a beautiful blend of emotion and groove they are synonymous for.

Following suit is another passionately romantic number from man of the hour, Stephan Bodzin, and his take feels like floating through a sea of clouds, resulting in a timeless classic to be a focal point in any set for years to come.

Next in line is Ray Kajioka's take on '808 Nirvana' and it's a cosmic ride, ripe with swirling atmospherics laid over big churning drums and rolling cymbals.

Following up on the second 12“ of this LP is a man who needs no introduction: Carl Cox. And in true Coxy fashion he turns 'Riot' into just that: a big room, tension building monster!

Broken Engine' is the next track to get worked over and Wigbert delivers a stunning mix of shimmering tones and growling bass resulting in a lush venture through a cosmic backdrop of flickering stars in deep space.

Joseph Capriati ensues with his vision of 'Fugitives' and he brilliantly keeps the vibe of the original yet adds his trademark big room flair to take it to another level of driving euphoria.

Enlisting the talents of Alan Fitzpatrick to remix one of the slower listening tracks on the album turned out to be magic. With his signature percussion, Fitzpatrick takes the parts and creates a dive deep into sultry smooth waters of seduction.

The first of our last two remixes, which are digital exclusives, come from Paul Ritch and he delivers a grinding rendition of 'Riot', expertly crafted for the more euphoric peak time occasions.

Last and certainly not least is a man on the rise, Kevin Knapp with his twist on his own collaboration with Pan-Pot: 'Get In'. An expertly crafted tech house jam exploding with energy and attitude perfect for any moment, day or night, indoors or out.

No matter the time or place, there is something here for everyone and we are truly fulfilled and honored to present this package of cutting edge artists to celebrate this landmark moment. We know you will enjoy!

Together from birth, two brothers united by their passion for music and more, Pongo is the latest sound evolution of Giovanni Bruni and Daniele Bruni. Growing up with a very similar musical culture, handed down in turn by their parents, the two brothers have always shared their art projects together. Giovanni started playing as a DJ in the early 2000s now enjoying success in the most famous clubs of the clubbing scene in Tuscany. Soon, his younger brother Daniele follows the same steps as supporting him in DJ sets and creating their first music projects together. In 2011, together with Luca L. and Elia C. founded the brand Yuma Recordings.In addition to the  label ,Yuma began to be known for the club event, Yuma Nights, and in 2013 the collective Yuma created the Vibe Club, a place that offered innovative sound in Italian nightlife. The brothers felt that they had to make their most personal productions, with which they can open up more towards a wider musical landscape.
 After a period of evolution in the studio in 2016, it's time to get back on stage for Giovanni and Daniele with their new Pongo project that takes shape with Giovanni on vocals. Their strong influences that fuses electronics, soul, and techno have created this new way of approaching the dancefloor: the combination of evocative song and a powerful and refined set.

We've been able get to know Patrice well over the past few years and it has made being part of sharing this piece of music even more special . He is an extremely talented artist but more importantly a beautiful person, you can't help but hear that in his productions and sets. Patience, love, and connection to the audience. 

For us this set was easily one of the best of the festival, setting the tone for one of the greatest blocks of music in Rainbow history with Michael Mayer, Petar Dundov, and Shlomo to follow. 

This is as good second time around as it was Sunday evening on the market stage... ENJOY!!

Revelation of Sound is happy to present the next guest, talented DJ and producer from Spain David Granha. David has more than 15 years of career in the electronic music scene, and a prolific discography in labels such as Sincopat, Suara, Selador, Parquet, Einmusika, Manual Music, KMS, Sudbeat, or Microcastle.

In his long career, it also underline that he was selected by The Red Bull Music Academy Bass Camp in 2012, an achievement that can only boast a handful of artists.

Given his strictness and his nonconformist attitude, his music has become indispensable for many of the best DJ’s of the world, thus, he has won the support of artists like Damian Lazarus, Laurent Garnier, Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, Umek, Nick Warren or Dave Seaman.

Today, David is working in a batch of new jobs. Specifically, a remix for the sensational vocalist Forrest, and also several collaborations with the Canadian band Flowers & Sea Creatures.

Also noteworthy is the immediate remix for Several Definitions and he is remixing Rafael Cerato & The White Shadow on the London label Chapter 24.

There is no doubt that 2016 is starting very strong for David Granha, one year to which must be added his upcoming performances in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Antwerp, Berlin, Montreal, Toronto, New York, Beirut, Moscow, Kiev, Mauritius, Dubai, Tunisia...

His amazing adaptation and ability to create different styles make it a safe bet that leaves a mark of in his sets and live performances.

Eclectic confessed, David masterfully unfolds between narrative landscapes based on dark and melodic sounds, techno cuts and bases with a deliberate dirt, melodies that give an unmistakable character and a genuine sound full of class and elegance.
