LOCi lives in Munich and is the resident DJ of the Blütezeit Kollektiv. His sets are genre-fluid and move between Afrohouse, Indie Dance, Techhouse and Techno. His premise is: driving bass, lots of percussion or a dark surprise alongside the happy O-tone. In this way, he creates an atmosphere that shows the diversity of electronic music and allows the dancers to lose themselves in the moment.
We became aware of Loci through his wonderful set at last year's Wurzelfestival, which also made it into our “best of festival playlist”. Enjoy the deep story from LOCi!

We got to know Matiso a few years ago when we were planning an event together and have followed his progress with interest ever since. We were particularly impressed by his productions. When we met again last year at the ADE, we realized it was time for a deep story from Matiso. Look forward with us to a varied set with many of his own tracks and some unexpected surprises.


Matiso is a melodic house & techno producer & dj from Hamburg, Germany. Starting his professional music production career in 2017, he emerged into djing in 2019. Since then, Matiso is known for creating an outstanding experience with his dj sets. Matiso loves to combine emotional harmonies and atmospheric textures with groovy melodic house & techno elements and always succeeds in delivering an unheard of melodical and emotional journey on the dancefloor.

MoodyLushious Influences Episode 23 (March 2013 Edition) (Host Mix By Di Costa)

Recorded as my contribution to the HUGE Innervisions Radio 3rd Birthday celebration and aired on 1st May (and again on 4th May), this mix covers similar musical territory to my previous two mixes for Deanna Avra's show Emotions on Innervisions Radio. 

The mix is loaded with tunes from the melodic end of the techno spectrum combined with healthy doses of melancholic electronica and glitchy soundscapes.

Heavily influenced since childhood by legendary electronic music bands such as The Prodigy, The Chemical Brothers, Lamb, Massive Attack, Underworld, Aphex Twin, Orbital, Hybrid, Way Out West, Global Communication and then pioneers such as Sasha, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Anthony Pappa, Danny Tenaglia, Satoshi Tomiie, Frankie Knuckles, Kerri Chandler, Larry Heard a.k.a. Mr. Fingers, Josh Wink, Kevin Saunderson to name but a few... I felt true attraction, discovered and ultimately fell completely in love with the DJ-craft or as I like to call it "the art of musical storytelling". It's been almost 25 years since this love runs through my veins and keeps growing as it's been fuelled by the incomparable feeling of sharing those inner experiences with like-minded people and fellow music lovers.

About my work – attention to detail in order to attain perfection in my studio mixes and live sets. I'm always looking for innovation and diversity. Trying to make a difference and leave my mark by always presenting something new, perceived as "outside the box", something that doesn't necessarily appeals to the masses but for those who share a deeper understanding and appreciation for the music in its richness. That is why my sets combine multiple flavors of carefully chosen underground electronic sound. Perfectionism concerning mix and music selection has always been a must and it can be easily sensed in my work, particularly when it comes to my studio projects. In other words, by following the latest currants of the vast field of my beloved electronic music while also by always recalling past moments of its long history that lead me to what I am presently, my focus goes to extracting the best material and putting it into a memorable musical trip that comes from the heart and shouldn't let you stay indifferent...
