Joaquin Catriel, dj and producer, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
His beginnings in music were in 2012 as a producer of electronic sonidera parties and DJ of the same style.
In 2016 he got more interested in electronics, where he began to experiment in music production.
After a trip to Stockholm, he started to venture into music production with rhythm machines and analog synthesizers, taking his music to a more electro, break style.
Currently, in addition to playing, he is in the production of underground parties in Buenos Aires. When it comes to playing, his mixes range from, ghettotechno, techno, breaks, electro and acidhouse, with rhythms and percussion.

La musica del futuro, artist's first ep, produced in 2020, at the beginning of quarantine because of the pandemic, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Created digitally, mixing electro bass with synthesizers sounds.

PS This tune depicts how juvenile outlaw Anderssonskans Kalle steals a time machine and crashes it.

A power surge at 35 minutes in so had to glue the mix together. Other than that a smooth ride through the bardo.

Like Tears in Rain

A collection of pieces built on samples and loops using found audio and acoustic instruments and voices. Several of the shorter pieces are designed to be experienced as continual loops for the purposes of mental disassociation, trance and meditation. 

Instruments: Didgeridoos, bells, hand drums, flutes, jews harps.

Mind File

I make psychic maps for the new travellers, with sound, images and words. Sound structures that drive people into new states of awareness. A form of music that is auditory medicine. Sound that sends people out of their minds, into the big beating heart of the cosmos.
