No better way than to start things off with one of the most long awaited, exciting sets we've been lucky to witness recently. Ricci (@riccimm ) is a dear friend, notorious for his incredibly low key but mind-blowing dj abilities. We were so so happy to host his comeback set after 2+ years in the club. It was total euphoria from beginning to end. Classy, refined non-stop bangers.  We hope you. enjoy just as much as we did!

I hope this finds you well, and well, I hope this finds you. Apologies for the extended hiatus, I've been busy baking my brain. Alas, I return with an exceptional offering from the sonic god aka Ricci aka The godson of Naarm aka the holy one aka the DJ’s DJ aka the BPM prophet, the list goes on and on. Heading in a very alt route this time around, instead of seeing him behind the decks we’re taking a glimpse of what’s behind his eyes… A beautifully romanticised chaoticness, strewn together with the delicate thread of the unknown, resulting in one of the most fascinating ambient canvases that I've ever wrapped my ears around. A complex musical mosaic of thought-out sounds, shapes, and textures, a full introspective layered with an incredible amount of detail, the closest thing you’ll get to a reverse lobotomy. Take a few deep breaths in and out before pushing play on this one, perfect for a sunrise or a sunset.

Who knew where the night might take the pair as they wandered aimlessly between the towering skyscrapers and proper sorts. This was not their scene yet here they were in a deadbeat town without purpose and without a soul. The streetlights flickered and flashed as their eyes began to drift and dance. 

Mystery Booms are set to release a dubbed out EP from Irie Mona - two tracks of supreme sun kissed rhythm. Perfect for moody evening beach sets and those early rises.
