Ok, mira… hice lo que pude para acercarme al ritmo de Daft Punk… pero versión Mex, ¿sí me explico? 😂🤖✨

Entre vocoders metálicos, bajos funk que casi me hablan en francés y unos filtros que parecen decir “oui oui”, salió este experimento retro-futurista que ni yo sé cómo clasificar… pero suena chido. 🇲🇽🎧

No te voy a mentir: replicar a Daft Punk es imposible (ni ganas, ¿pa’ qué me funan? 😅), pero inspirarme en su estilo y meterle mi toque mex-techno resultó en algo bastante interesante… como un taco al pastor, pero hecho con sintetizadores. 🌮🔊💥

Así que ponte los audífonos, prepárate para el sidechain que te abraza el alma, los vocoders que parecen robots echando desastre..je, y un ritmo que te dice: “baila, humano, baila”. 🕺🤖💫

In 1980, italian band CHANGE released on RFC Records a magic album including the song 'The Glow Of Love', starring vocalist extraordinaire Luther Vandross. A pure classic ! 
In 2001, Janet Jackson released 'All For You' using a sample of that track, which became a pop/rnb hit single... of course. 

Here is a special mash-up of the two songs. Starting with a meticulous edit of the original version, I added new drums, new patterns, new percs, and placed some of Janet's vocals along with Luther's voice. Then mixed & mastered, plus fully DJ friendly, this mash-up becomes a perfect "classic" tool to play.

On February 2nd, dance music titan Eric Prydz returned to the hallowed BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix decks, taking control of the airwaves for two hours of forward-thinking electronic music. This marked Prydz’ return to the Essential Mix show for the first time since late 2011, when it was recorded live from his set at Creamfields. The reaction to the show on Saturday was so big that it got the Essential Mix trending on Twitter on both sides of the Atlantic while it was being aired.
