This piece is part of a longer song that I have composed for the final test at the Conservatory of Music "Santa Cecilia". Do you know Gravity? Film directed by Alfonso Cuarón? I have eliminated the soundtrack composed by Steven Price and I've composed an original one in synchronization with the film.

Morceaux sélectionné pour les Installations "Sampo - Boîtes Magiques" à Bourges en juin 2016.

Des récentes découvertes (source: http://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.116.167802) ont montré la possibilité pour les molécules d’eau de se disposer dans une forme inédite jusqu’à aujourd’hui, où les atomes de hydrogène et d’oxygène se trouvent au même temps dans tous le six positions équivalentes. 
Les conditions pour que cet état se réalise, ont été trouvées dans un canal de 5 angström de largeur dans un minéral de béryllium. 

Pour la composition du morceau Acqua esagonale on a utilisé la masse atomique du Béryllium
(9,01218 u) pour générer une série de sons distinctive de l’élément, ainsi que sa configuration électronique pour la présentation et description symbolique du « monde » intra-atomique de l’élément. La structure hexagonale revient en deux formes différentes, soit dans la disposition de la série du béryllium, soit dans l’adaptation de la série qui génère le « motif » de l’eau. Le numéro six est de toute façon constitutif de tout le morceau.

Since I was a child, I've been taught that the best way to learn piano phrasing was practising on strings solo pieces. After many years, I am still doing it.
