Since the beginning of his DJ career, Diego’s skillful mixing technique has allowed his fine taste in music to stand out.

Nowadays, Diego Macias is producing electronic music for many important labels such as STRIPPED DIGITAL (UK),  SOUNDS OF JUAND (UK) and WE ARE HERE RECORDS (MEX). His original track “Camelopardo” was released on We Are Here Records and appears on the BEATPORT CHART “10 MUST HEAR PROGRESSIVE HOUSE TRACKS WEEK 53”. Additionally, both of the tracks of his ep signed with WE ARE HERE RECORDS have jumped in to the TOP TEN SALES of the label on BEATPORT: CAMELOPARDO FIRST PLACE and MASTIFF on the FIFHT PLACE.. As well, his original track EGOCENTRIC, contained on the STRIPPED DIGITAL compilation MEXICO.UNMIXED, was featured on the radio show “THE GALLERY” of the universally known brand MINISTRY OF SOUND. Both his original tracks and his remixes have received outstanding reviews from very influential and respected artists such as DARIN EPSILON, SANDRA COLLINS, SPESH, ANDY NEWLAND, ANDY ARIAS, TINI TUN, ISSAC, NORMAN H, and SASHA Le MONIER among many others.

Listening to a Diego Macias mix is an emotional experience. His unique talent of blending different genres in one session keeps the audience in constant anticipation and suspense, wich has given him a residence on the recognized radio show GOLDEN WINGS and a spot on the importar showcase FRISKY LOVES MEXICO.

Diego has been invited to headline many well-know clubs all across Mexico; Hookah Lounge (Mexico City), Mescalina Social Club (Xalapa, Veracruz), Deelay Club (Leon, Gto.), Nipper Bar (Leon, Gto), Jäger Room (Leon, Gto.) La Terraza (Irapuato, Gto.), Ultra (Celaya, Gto.) just to name a few. Diego Macias ha destacado en la escena de la música electrónica por brillar con luz propia. Desde el comienzo de su carrera como dj, sobresalió por su delicada técnica de mezcla, así como por un sofisticado gusto para seleccionar sus tracks.

A cuatro años de haberse iniciado en la escena electrónica, hoy día tiene releases con labels como STRIPPED DIGITAL y SOUNDS OF JUAN, ambos radicados en LONDRES, y WE ARE HERE RECORDS de MEXICO. Su track original “Camelopardo”, firmada con el label mexicano, aparece en el chart de BEATPORT “10 MUST HEAR PROGRESSIVE HOUSE TRACKS WEEK 53”, además, los tracks de su EP firmado con We Are Here Records han alcanzado lugares dentro del TOP TEN SALES del label en Beatport: Camelopardo en el primer lugar y Mastiff en el quinto. Sus sesiones se caracterizan por tener un estilo propio y singular. En cada set demuestra su capacidad para hacer vibrar el dancefloor.  Escuchar una sesión de Diego Macias es todo un viaje a través de las emociones en el cual se disfrutan diferentes texturas. La habilidad natural que posee para conjugar en una sesión diferentes géneros, pasando del Deep-House al Techno, del Tech-house al Progressive-House, le ha  conseguido una residencia en el reconocido show de radio por internet GOLDEN WINGS así como una participación en el Showcase FRISKY LOVES MEXICO.
 
Gracias a su técnica perfeccionista, singular estilo y excelente desempeño en el
escenario, ha recorrido algunos de los clubes mas importantes del país. Ha sido invitado a tocar como Headliner  en sitios como Hookah Lounge en Mexico D.F., Mescalina Social Club en Xalapa, Veracruz, Nipper Bar, Deelay Club y Jäger Room en León, Gto, Underclub en Aguascalientes,  La Terraza y Barba2 en Irapuato, Gto, Ulltra en Celaya, Gto. y El Diablito en San Miguel de Allende, Gto. Igualmente ha participado en diferentes eventos y fiestas privadas.
