These tracks are little out of my norm Genre being i do mostly Techno , but i wanted to switch it up and create something that i experienced a while back in my history hope you guys enjoy dont be to hard on the vocals i'm not a professional singer and i changed the tempo to fix the vibe

The melody is by Henk de Bruin, using the blues style of  "How Blue Can You Get" by B.B. King as musical accompaniment. 

The text refers to meteorological measurements in the so called Planetary Boundary Layer. The hydrologists/meteorologists Rick Allen (Idaho, USA) and Henk de Bruin (The Netherlands) got the idea for this song after very hard field measurements work all over the world. Henk de Bruin has written the current lyrics, and I (Klaus Blume) made the instrumental arrangements and I did  the singing and mixing/mastering as well as.

The text refers to  the following: About 30 years ago, scientists were using the Bowen ratio method (and similar techniques), i.e. the ratio of sensible and latent heat fluxes was measured  as well as the sum. Per definition the energy balance was closed.  „Energy Balance“ means that energy must be preserved and therefore the sum of net incoming short- and long-wave radiation minus outgoing long-wave radiation, sensible (turbulent) heat flux H and latent (turbulent) heat fluxes  LE (upwards positive) and heat flux into the ground (downwards positive) should be zero. But it often tends to be positive, even after much careful work, especially if independent measurements of H and LE are used as in the method below. 
Next, new sensors (ultrasonics) were developed to measure separately H and LE.. But with these new devices the surface energy balance was not closed anymore. Energy was missing. Out of frustration, Allen and Henk got the idea to write a blues on the topic. In the attic of his house at Bilthoven, The Netherlands, Henk wrote the current version of the lyrics for the Energy Balance Closure Blues and after each new field experiments they had to sing it over and over again. 
Next, both started to use scintillometers with which they measure H only. LE was obtained by closing the energy balance as a rest term.  With this method the problems of the ultrasonics were  bypassed. Moreover, scintillometers provide long path averages of the quantities under consideration (with the help of some mathematics). 
Therefore, finally, Henk stopped with singing the Energy Balance Closure Blues. 

However, Rick still has his doubts and he presented his version of the  Energy Balance Closure Blues at the Workshop on Scintillometry held at Wageningen in April 2011. Unfortunately, Rick's lyrics do not match with the blues  melody by Henk inspired by B.B. King. One day Rick will reveal his own Energy Balance Closure Blues.

WHO IS DIEGO GARCIA?
He was born in Cali, Colombia on September 15th 1978 . From his early youth, his passion and interest for electronic music was evident . Diego always dreamt of being an amazing DJ & life of the party. He started off his career as a self taught DJ who learned by watching & observing a local DJ who was a close friend of his . His career took a pause as he studied finance in university . Diego comes from a family of entrepreneurs, so being a DJ was not something that he thought would be taken serious . However , he continued to play at home and teach himself as a hobby. In 2010, he decides to move to New York City . He started off working in the service industry & even ended up being a business owner himself . In the midst of this , he discovered the underground music scene in 2013 when a friend of his invited him to Pacha NYC . This was when diego knew that he came to this country to make his dreams into reality , and become a DJ & electronic music producer . He went on to buy the cheapest equipment on the market , and began to study his craft on YouTube . Shortly after he began to play at local parties in Queens , his borough. He played for Aplus event ( Paula Baus) who was in charge of setting up the #1 Dj’s at Pacha NYC. From his first time playing at a small venue , Diego demonstrated that he was destined for great things & immediately signed with Aplus events to work as an exclusive DJ. He successfully played at bigger , more exclusive venues opening for International DJs & starting his career as a headliner . Having residencies in clubs like Space Ibiza NY , Lost After-hours in brooklyn & even reaching the best of the best such as the brooklyn mirage , Diego continues to gain support from people all around the world in NYC . Being one of the top colombian Dj’s in the city, he headlines every year at the Colombian independence celebration. Diego is currently working towards a new goal in production . He was recently signed by OPIYM muzik italia, having his tracks on the #1 on the charts of this label. Diego prides himself on being a very energetic DJ who has the dance floor booming every time . Although he has reached his level of popularity with techno, he has range & versatility as he is able to do all genres of house . Diego is now a well respected & popular DJ in New York City , large promoters reach out to him to help them support their events. Diego has played alongside some of the best including , Deborah De Luca , Anfisa Letyago, Sam Paganini, Technasia, Victor Calderone, Paco suna, Carlo lio, Boris , Pablo Ceballos, Oscar G, Oscar L, Fatima hajji & in festivals including Hyte Ibiza with Djs such as , Danny Tenaglia, Panpot, Richie Howtin, Maceo Plex. Transported festival alongside Claptone, Dennis Ferrer, Dubfire & Lee foss . He has created his own parties as a headliner , these include Destroyers & After Human. After playing in cities like Miami, Orlando, Hollywood , & Los Angeles , & successfully entering labels such as Nervous records where he hopes to gain international titles on Beatport, Diego is working towards his next goal, international tours .
