For our next podcast, we welcome Lau Tastic.

Lau Tastic is a hard techno DJ and producer who has made a big impact on the scene in recent years. With a passion for hard-hitting beats and an uncompromising approach to sound design, her sets are known to be intense and powerful experiences.

Born and raised in Madrid, Lau Tastic was first exposed to electronic music in her teenage years and quickly became fascinated with the harder styles of techno. She began experimenting with production and DJing, honing her skills and developing a unique sound that would come to define her career.

In the early days of her career, Lau Tastic made a name for herself by performing at underground parties and local clubs, but it wasn't long before she began to make waves in the international scene, playing mainly in the UK but also travelling to Spain, Italy, Colombia, and Bulgaria.

As a producer, Lau Tastic has released a number of highly acclaimed tracks and remixes on some of the most respected labels in the hard techno scene, such as Dolma Records, Expel Your Demons, and Darkground Records, earning her a reputation as one of the most exciting new emerging talents in techno. She's also a regular host of radio shows such as Bloop London, showcasing her love for hard techno music.

With her powerful sound and relentless energy, Lau Tastic has become a force to be reckoned with in the hard techno scene. She continues to push the boundaries of the genre with every performance, always pushing the crowd to new heights of excitement.

Lau Tastic is currently starting to produce, explore new sounds, and develop her skills deeper at ACM University in London. You can check her latest tracks on every platform, but "Barbie Kills Ken" is a free download that is having a great impact. Check out her EPs at Beatport and Soundcloud: “False Space” in collaboration with CRIME and “Oh Gosh” in collaboration with Luca Maier. Now a solo track is out “Rejection 2.0”, and another one coming out this summer for an Italian label "Ultra Tumba".

Les presentamos a PVR, profesor de producción de nuestra academia!

PVR, DJ y productor residente en Buenos Aires, inició su camino de la música a fines de 2019 de forma autodidacta buscando plasmar su visión del arte en la música electrónica. Al poco tiempo publicó su EP debut con Hic Et Nunc, y comenzó sus presentaciones en vivo como DJ, siendo residente en la productora de Betechno (2020).

La emoción y conexión con su arte es lo que ha logrado que pueda estar siempre en constante mejora, disfrutando de este proceso junto a sus amigos y colegas que lo acompañan. A principios del 2023 pasó a formar parte del equipo de la academia Tekgen como profesor de producción y director creativo.

Sus presentaciones en vivo se enfocan en generar una atmosfera cargada con sonidos pesados y oscuros, pasando desde el hard techno hacia el industrial.

Introducing PVR, production teacher at our academy!

PVR, DJ and producer based in Buenos Aires, began his musical journey at the end of 2019 in a self-taught way, seeking to capture his vision of art in electronic music. Soon after he released his debut EP with Hic Et Nunc, and began his live performances as a DJ, being resident producer at Betechno (2020).

The excitement and connection with his art is what has allowed him to be constantly improving, enjoying this process together with his friends and colleagues who accompany him. At the beginning of 2023 he joined the Tekgen Academy team as a production teacher and creative director.

His live performances focus on generating an atmosphere charged with heavy and dark sounds, moving from hard techno to industrial.

Premiere: Række - The End Of Fascination [IMMTSS005]

I have worked on this set quite some time as it is my very first one and here we are after months of practicing.
Starting with a dark atmosphere at 145 BPM the set continues with a bit psytrance and harder beats, adding a few acid touches and ends with a 160 BPM track by @EternalChange, a friend of mine. Just see for yourself!
