"One of Ohio’s finest, Columbus-based Jenny Arcade has spent the last decade mixing records. She brings her sparkling punk DIY attitude to the dance floors. When she was about 14 years old she was booking hardcore shows. Never losing that drive to present music, she has created and promoted various parties like Trou De Loup, Strut, and Little Beat. Jenny Arcade has held residency in the Disco Room at one of North America’s most valued parties, Midwest Fresh. For five years you could find her among the shelves of Roots Records working as a buyer and manager, and spent an equal amount of time managing and booking for Double Happiness. 

Jenny Arcade has a zero bullshit attitude, and does everything in her strength to encourage and empower the women and queer folks in her community. She participated in Chicago’s Walking and Falling workshop which teaches women and nonbinary people the art of DJing. With that experience she created a W&F chapter for Columbus in 2018 and also participated in the Buffalo edition of W&F that same year. As a true connector she uses platforms, like her radio show Mixed Emotions on WCRS, to provide space for other creative comrades to express themselves.
