The sonics of Bangladeshi folk music and ethereal vocals were intertwined with the musical essence of 4 producers from Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia & Mexico.

The dreamlike, celestial mood of both tracks continues but in realms that are totally different to its birth. The presence of Baile Funk, Guaracha & Dancehall is now fully embedded.

This project seeks to showcase a mix of diverse productions from Chá Di Lirian, Entrañas, Brenda & Fran G.

Naomi Robles, originaria de Toluca (México), encontró su pasión por la cultura club y rave desde joven, lo que la llevó a crear N Ø W. Este proyecto fusiona sonidos experimentales con bajos pesados y vocales reflexivas, ofreciendo ritmos acelerados que invitan al público a la reflexión sobre la existencia y nuestra relación con el mundo. 

En este mix, N Ø W combina sonidos ambientales y distorsionados que evolucionan hacia ritmos rápidos como footwork, drum and bass, y breakbeats, guiando a la audiencia en un viaje introspectivo y de conexión con el presente a través del baile como acto de resistencia ante un mundo que busca silenciarnos.

Naomi Robles, originally from Toluca, Mexico, fell in love with club and rave culture early on, inspiring her to create N Ø W. This project blends experimental beats with heavy bass and thoughtful vocals, serving up high-energy rhythms that urge the audience to ponder existence and our place in the world.

In this mix, N Ø W combines ambient, distorted sounds that transition into fast-paced beats like footwork, drum and bass, and breakbeats, leading listeners on a soul-searching journey and a connection with the present through dance, as a rebellious stance against a world trying to silence us.

Guillem Batchellí, catalán de origen indio, recuerda que le reglaron un reproductor de casete ya a la temprana edad de 5 años. Establecido en Barcelona desde 2017, empieza a interesarse por la cultura de club y la amplia riqueza expresiva de la electrónica, siempre marcando sus sets la exploración de nuevas formas estilísticas.

“Lo bueno que tiene el formato de mix es que se le puede dar un enfoque más de escucha activa que de baile. Esta compilación me ha servido para poder presentar ritmos que suelen huir de los convencionalismos de la pista, a favor de una experimentación entre géneros que poco a poco han vuelto a ganar espacios como el breakbeat, el hard techno y el drum’n’bass. Una media hora de un hilo musical frenético, con percusiones marcadas propias del hard drum y con una estética acústica que busca cuestionar las estructuras sonoras actuales”.

Guillem Batchellí, a Catalan with Indian heritage, fondly remembers receiving a cassette player as a gift at the tender age of 5. Having settled in Barcelona since 2017, he's fully immersed himself in the city's club culture scene, grooving to the diverse range of electronic beats and infusing his sets with a fresh blend of genre experimentation.

"What's really awesome about the mix format is that it's more than just making people dance; it's about truly engaging them with the music. This mixtape has been my platform to drop beats that defy the usual club vibes. I'm all about mixing genres and bringing back those underground sounds like breakbeat, hard techno, and drum'n'bass. It's like thirty minutes of uninterrupted frenetic musical energy, featuring bold percussion characteristic of hard drum and an acoustic vibe that challenges the current sonic landscape.”

“Eclipse of Rhythm” is a high-voltage collision of power and pulse, capturing the pure essence of Hardstyle at its most intense. Built on pounding kicks, seismic basslines, and euphoric melodies, the album embodies the moment when rhythm consumes everything — when sound eclipses silence.

Each track tells a story of motion, chaos, and unity — from the first surge of adrenaline to the final drop that leaves the crowd breathless. Vocals shimmer through the distortion, guiding listeners through waves of emotion and energy.

Eclipse of Rhythm is more than a collection of tracks — it’s a movement, a heartbeat amplified, and a tribute to the unstoppable force of the dance floor.

Fireborn

Yu Yu x Infinite Machine V/A is a collaboration whose result is a compilation of 14 tracks designed for the dance floor; solid, functional and esoteric. This is a selection of tracks produced by Mexican artists involved in the Club movement from different cities in Mexico, all of them with a conceptual and geographical separation, but with common features that synthesize the essence of the national scene.

Definitive proof of the maturity of the Club scene in Mexico, this compilation is born as an initiative by the most important venue in the capital of Mexico: Yu Yu, which joins forces with the pioneering label Infinite Machine to curate this compilation. An avant-garde ensamble of projects which aims to exhibit a shared imagination through the unification of different styles and music genres. All of this comes from the perspective of Yu Yu's resident, Mexico City-based label, Infinite Machine. A label that has a direct correlation with the global club scene.

This effort also has the goal to financially support the artists involved due to the delicate situation we are going through. As they are part of Yu Yu's community, which is unfortunately closed at the moment. Artists involved from the likes of Nico, AAAA, Microhm with worldwide recognition to up and coming artists like Benfika, OMAAR, CNDSD and the current, most fresh national acts like Loris, KOI and El Irreal Veintiuno. Among other key pieces of national electronics, united in this soundscape of volatile frequencies.
