Blood Trust makes a pitch-black return to the Digital Red Label series with "Give Them Rope" and "Leagues Apart", revealing a decelerated, yet intricate evolution of the signature sound he first introduced on 3024. 

"Give Them Rope" navigates the murky terrain of mutant UK garage and grime influences, hinting at the pulse of Diwali-rhythm dancehall. An ever-present double-time roll punctuates through distorted ambience, evoking a sense of relentless drive. 

"Leagues Apart" delves deeper into the skeletal framework of UK garage, but deviates into a stripped-back, darker space with precision bursts of fragmented breaks. Are these tracks Drum & Bass or has Blood Trust begun an exploration of something else entirely?
