“Buda’s Barrels” is the first release by field recordist and sound designer https://soundcloud.com/
okin-omis. The record is an auditory representation of his field-recording session in the capitol of
Hungary, Budapest on February 16th 2022. This so-called sonification of Budapest is created by
several recorded one-shots and ambiences from the city. This collection of raw material from
Budapest results in unique auditory experiences and a distinctive artistic expression. By
converting these surroundings into machines, “Buda’s Barrels” results in a sonic landscapes that
immerse listeners in danceable sonifications of biotic rhythms and organic textures.

Lobularia es el fruto de un proceso creativo que ha llevado meses de trabajo en el estudio. Con una dedicación obsesiva a la estructura, los detalles y el diseño sonoro, Jor-G Tortosa ha dado forma a un proyecto donde cada sintetizador y cada capa de ritmo han sido moldeados hasta alcanzar una identidad propia.
El EP despliega tres cortes intensos y directos, que viajan entre atmósferas hipnóticas y texturas crudas, reflejando la esencia más underground de Beat Addiction Trax. “Lobularia” abre con fuerza y misticismo, “Fade to Detune” se adentra en terrenos oscuros y desestabilizadores, mientras que “Sustance” cierra con un pulso visceral diseñado para la pista.
Más que un simple lanzamiento, este trabajo representa un ciclo de exploración y búsqueda personal que consolida a Jor-G Tortosa como una de las voces inconfundibles dentro del techno underground español
