A Coldwave, Industrial, Minimal Synth crew that grew out of Audiodrome, a monthly DJ night, hosted by Sharlese Metcalf and Kate Moore at Capitol Hill’s iconic Pony in 2013, Sharlese is also part of a weekly hour program, Mechanical Breakdown, on KEXP exploring the many different styles of various wave and synth genres, including, new beat, Italo, post-punk, EBM and more..

Sonic diversity is arguably a very underrated characteristic of modern musicians in a world where conformity and pigeonholing are rampant. Our next guest Stefan Goldmann is about as diverse as it can get. Known for running the Macro label with Finn Johannsen and his close association with Berlin's Berghain, Stefan has established himself as a unique artistic voice among Berlin's monochrome uniformity. Apart from DJing around the globe, he has also ventured into a line of projects hacking away at the core features of techno, with systematic forays into irregular rhythms, microtonal tunings, or the recontextualisation of industrial sound design. He has conceived site-specific performances for venues such as the Berlin Philharmonic, LA's LACMA museum and Kyoto's Honen-in Temple and worked with Ensembles, visual artists and filmmakers.
 
For his Unrush mix, Stefan Goldmann cut up more than 60 recordings of 20th-century acoustic avant-garde compositions. Through layering segments of individual instrumental and chamber performances form emergent orchestral opulence. Goldmann has tackled acoustic archives before with his edit of multiple recordings of Igor Stravinsky's 'Le Sacre du Printemps'. However, this mix travels through the disparities and convergences of seven decades of score-based music with impressive results. So turn off the heater, sit on the balcony, and let the rite of spring begin with this singular trip...

Roli is a Slovenian DJ and promotor, head honcho at Analogue/Digital, where he is focusing on spreading and sharing his passion for electronic music with like-minded artists, on to the worldwide crowd. Beside DJing he's sharing his work online with his series of podcasts as well as throwing parties mostly at club Mostovna, located in his hometown of Nova Gorica. From time to time he is also active in few clubs in Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital. His sound varies from Techno to House and all mixed in between Acid, EBM, Electro and UK Bass.

En Madrid, una ciudad con una extensa cultura del techno pero donde las v i s i o n e s f e m e n i n a s d e l g é n e r o escasean, Parallax es un antídoto. 
M i e m b r o a c t i v o d e l c o l e c t i v o multidisciplinar Geométrika FM, donde se predica y procura la variedad de los r i t m o s e l e c t r ó n i c o s y e l p o d e r movilizador de la música de baile, Tamara ha sabido añadir a sus sets la frescura de las nuevas vertebraciones del techno. 

Como muchos de los que han crecido en la capital, Tamara se enamoró de la música escuchando rap, electroclash, IDM o electro, así como del poder de cambio social que la música de baile puede generar en el entorno. De ahí su afiliación con Geométrika FM - cuyo lema es “Techno To Change The World”- o su colaboración con otros colectivos municipales vinculados a la cultura de club como “El Despertar de una Ciudad”, evento vecinal que aúna música, arquitectura y otras disciplinas artísticas. 

Después de haber recorrido diversas cabinas madrileñas, en 2018 Parallax pisa una de las mecas del techno español, el festival Mugako (Vitoria- Gasteiz) acaparando la atención del público y comenzando así un recorrido que le llevan a visitar diferentes clubs y eventos como Tupper_ o Draft (Barcelona), Ágora Club (Valencia), Prisma (Sevilla), Jimmy Jazz (Vitoria) o Dantz Festival (San Sebastián), Bau (Gijón) o Mira Festival (Barcelona.

En 2018 se estrena en Geométrika FM editando junto a TR “Breakxit”, un EP con dos temas originales y cuatro remezclas, donde también en el mismo sello, se han publicado diversos remixes a otros artista
