TRIANGULAR MYCELIUM, nacido en Manizales, Caldas, Colombia, es un artista cuya carrera musical comenzó a una edad temprana, inmerso en la cultura del hip hop. Su pasión por la música lo llevó, en 2017, a iniciarse como DJ, y a partir de 2019, decidió profesionalizarse como DJ y productor. A lo largo de su carrera, ha experimentado con diversos sonidos y estilos dentro de la electrónica, centrándose particularmente en el IDM (Intelligent Dance Music), un grupo de géneros y subgéneros que le permite explorar ritmos complejos y sonidos innovadores.

Durante sus primeros años, adoptó el seudónimo de FRACTAL MIND, pero en la actualidad se presenta como TRIANGULAR MYCELIUM, una identidad artística que refleja su evolución y su búsqueda de un sonido único. Su música se caracteriza por una fusión de texturas sonoras y patrones poco convencionales, buscando siempre desafiar los límites de la música electrónica.
En la actualidad, residenciado en España, Juan Camilo continúa trabajando en perfeccionar su estilo y encontrar su voz artística dentro del amplio espectro de la música electrónica. Su enfoque está en experimentar con nuevas ideas y explorar las posibilidades sonoras que le permitan conectar profundamente con su audiencia.

Instead of a classic narrative or linear progression, we’re offered an organic, intuitive weaving of space – slow, pulsating, born of deep attentiveness. Everything unfolds in a rhythm that mirrors natural processes: irregular, quiet, profound. This is music that doesn’t follow well-worn paths; it moves like roots underground – unseen, yet unmistakably shaping everything around it.

What stands out are the waves of density: moments near silence contrast with thick, almost suffocating passages where the structure of the mix overwhelms, as if demanding the listener’s full presence. This mix refuses to be background – it insists on being heard. That’s how depth works: it isn’t loud, but it never lets you forget it’s there.

Emotionally, it feels like a continuation of the former Karolina and Piotr project – but now solitary, more introverted, more raw. Somewhere between ambient and drone, fleeting and unstable rhythmic structures emerge, echoing the chaos of the modern world. But this isn’t an escape. It’s a conscious exposure.

Ultimately, Piotr’s mix is an attempt to create a space where you’re not only invited to immerse yourself, but perhaps also to quietly fall apart – and slowly reassemble.

Piotr is a solo sound project exploring ambient, drone, and experimental electronic forms. It focuses on space, attentiveness, and emotional depth — sometimes soothing, sometimes uneasy. This is music that doesn’t impose itself but invites immersion. Slow, organic, and intuitive — created from a need to stay close to oneself and the world.
