Ida Mandato nasce in un piccolo paese della Calabria nel 1989. Sedotta dalla musica e dall'arte più in generale, si trasferisce a Roma dove ha la possibilità di aprirsi ad un maggior numero di nuove esperienze. Studia Storia dell'arte all'università e contestualmente intraprende il suo percorso dietro la console, debutta con la Crew Female Cut nel 2013 e intraprende delle collaborazioni con l'Animal Social Club dove dopo un anno diventa resident. Man mano che la sua tecnica si affina e aumenta la capacità di esprimere se stessa attraverso la musica diventa sempre più conosciuta e apprezzata nei club underground della capitale prima, d'Italia e d'Europa poi. Viaggia tra Roma e Berlino, e arricchisce il suo sound con la squisita ricercatezza tipica della Città eterna spaziando da sonorità ambient, sperimentali, dark techno fino ad arrivare ai suoni più crudi e violenti dell'industrial ispirati ad una modernissima e fervente Berlino. Ha all'attivo decine di collaborazioni. Resident del progetto Risonanza, ha suonato accanto ad artisti importanti riuscendo sempre a lasciare il segno.
