Ivo, aka @ivoprofen, joined Bushbash in late 2023, bringing his energy straight from Berlin. In his sets, he loves playing with the flow, blending energies across genres - from rolling trance and bouncy techno to (hard-)groove and straight-up techno. Forget boredom; it’s not on the menu.

This Partyservice-Podcast starts with a selection of mystical and dark sounds, setting the mood for the cold, gray start of winter. The groovier sections of the set offer a touch of hope, easing us toward the new year with warmth and rhythm.

TELUR is a newly established techno label based in Munich, founded by Alicea and Schott. The label focuses on supporting underground electronic music, providing a platform for both emerging and established artists. In addition to curating external projects, TELUR also serves as a home for the founders’ own releases. The first single release ‚Flowing Dream‘ by Alicea explores Dub Techno, while the debut EP ‚Volt‘ by Schott; Alicea brings together diverse interpretations of the Techno genre.

Artist Info:

Alicea is a versatile producer and DJ from Munich. In December 2024, she will make her debut as a producer with her self-founded label, Telur. Influenced by the sounds of Detroit, UK and Berlin, she combines these different influences in her productions. Her repertoire ranges from Hardgroove, Dub Techno to darker, hypnotic sounds. As an up-and-coming artist, Alicea has already played at Tresor Berlin, HÖR and renowned clubs in Germany. International appearances have also taken her to the USA, Mexico and Tunisia. In Munich, she is a resident at Club Rote Sonne. In December 2024, she will celebrate her debut as a producer with her self-founded label Telur.

Schott is a DJ, producer, and live act from Munich, known for his distinctive sound that embodies proper techno with hypnotic and slightly dark influences. His deep passion for music led him to start both DJing and producing almost simultaneously, allowing him to develop a cohesive and powerful musical identity.

Musician, producer, and DJ born in Mar del Plata (Argentina). His musical training began at an early age, graduating at 18 as a music teacher, and later moving to La Plata to study musical composition at the Faculty of Arts. In terms of his live performances, his sets are characterized by constant energy, good skills and the inclusion of many rhythmic elements, and the use of vocals. His goal when playing live is to "create a dialogue with the dance floor." Throughout his career, he has performed at important parties and clubs such as Tango Asuncion, Crobar Club, Niceto Club, NADA, 999, and Club Paraguay, among others. He has also shared the stage with artists like Marc Houle, IMOGEN, PAAL, E110101, and Victoria Mussi. As a producer, Marcos has been consolidating a prolific career, releasing music for several years in both digital and physical formats on labels such as OBSCUUR, Schimmer Records, Bipolar Disorder, Detroit Classic Gallery, and Gomboc Records, among others. Additionally, his music has been remixed by artists like Alarico, Zisko, PAAL, Dj Blush.

The EP opens with "Shadows of the Past," a track driven by a pulsating, groovy synth line and dynamic drum patterns that propel the rhythm forward. It seamlessly transitions into "Beaten," a dark, hypnotic piece that envelops the listener in a shadowy atmosphere.

The B-side begins with "Shamanic," a track that pays homage to a more classic techno sound while maintaining an irresistible, steady groove. Following this, "The Wall That We Build" offers a more delicate and minimalistic approach, balancing precision and subtlety. The journey concludes with "Tears of Light," an epic and transcendental piece that takes the listener to another dimension.

For the digital-only version, "Unstoppable Moves" is an additional gem, a loop-driven, repetitive masterpiece that never loses its captivating momentum.

In-demand DJ/producer Yanamaste is a resident at Georgia’s renowned Khidi Club and a key part of Amsterdam’s Vault Sessions crew. His unique sound and fresh creative approach result in raw and visceral techno, reflecting his passion for pushing boundaries and showcased perfectly via his ‘Dance’ EP on Vault last year. Now, he returns with an EP born out of the creative process behind his live set with a debut appearance on SHDW’s Mutual Rytm, ‘Evil’ - a collection of heavily-requested tracks that have already made an impact after featuring in his Boiler Room and Stone Techno Festival livestream.

‘Evil’ kicks things off with perfectly rubbery, funky drum patterns and an urgent sense of movement that sweeps you off your feet. ‘Lahante’ is more percussive, with busy snares riding the rolling, forceful drums and stark synths arresting your attention. ‘Dragonfly’ is perfectly reduced via minimal drums intertwined with thunderous effects and ghoulish energy, while ‘Modulation Detected’ has a more cosmic feel as it journeys into the future with whispered spoken words and synths searching across the face of the groove. Last but not least is the irresistible broken beat goodness of ‘Walking On Mars’, with its swinging kicks and vast bassline spraying about the mix beneath hypnotic melodic patterns.

Two superb bonus cuts, ‘Ohohoi’ and ‘Pwiu’, are also provided for digital buyers, bringing further gems loaded with moody depths and compelling rhythms.
