Schlafen macht gesund & schön

Ein ausgewogenes und gesundes Schlafverhalten ist für den Menschen essenziell. Beim schlafen kann sich der Körper optimal regenerieren, doch auch Geist und Seele kommen auf ihre Kosten. Physiologische Heilungsprozesse funktionieren schlafend am besten. Welchen Stellenwert Schlaf für unsere Lebensqualität besitzt, merkt man häufig erst dann, wenn man zu wenig von ihm bekommt. Die meisten wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen postulieren, dass der Mensch 7-8 Stunden Schlaf täglich benötigt. Die optimale Schlafdauer eines Individuums kann selbstverständlich nicht über eine allgemeine Faustregel bestimmt werden. Sie ist abhängig vom Alter, Wohnort, körperlicher und geistiger Bestätigung, sowie den individuellen Präferenzen in der Lebensgestaltung. In unserer modernen, hektischen und schnelllebigen Welt gerät die Wichtigkeit der Nachtruhe gerne einmal in den Hintergrund oder ganz in Vergessenheit. Der Tag mit seinen 24 Stunden erscheint allzu oft, zu kurz. Neben der Arbeit, Schule oder dem Studium wollen soziale Kontakte gepflegt, Hobbys ausgelebt und Zeit für sich, die Familie und Freunde gefunden werden. Auf den ersten Blick lässt sich Schlafenszeit am unkompliziertesten einsparen. Jedoch wird zu wenig schlaf auf Dauer, alle anderen Bereiche des Lebens negativ beeinflussen. Wieder einmal gilt es die Balance zu finden. Denn langfristig ist die Wachzeit, ohne ausreichend Schlaf nicht erstrebens- und erlebenswert. 

Maria Theresia von Eberg hat neben ihrem wunderschönen Namen, auch einen fabelhaften Musikgeschmack. In ihrem Podcast für KataHaifisch kombiniert sie angenehm ansprechende Tracks mit bekannteren und frisch in die weltgesetzten Kompositionen. Nico Avella der unter dem Künstlernamen LocoTunes bekannt ist, kam am 15.08.1986 in Bietigheim-Bissingen (Deutschland) zur Welt. Zur Musik fühlte er sich, von klein auf, stark hingezogen und war mit Leidenschaft dabei. Große Events ließ er nicht aus, und verfolgte Veränderungen in der Szene mit und teilte sie mit anderen Künstlern.

Elektronische Musik ist Kommunikation aber auch ein Weg, Menschen mit den gleichen Interessen zu treffen. Underground Party´s in kleineren Kreisen, waren Plattformen, um mit der Musik zu experimentieren, aber auch eine Möglichkeit, sich in der Szene vorzustellen. Er begeistert immer mehr Menschen mit feinen, minimalistischen Klängen und entwickelt seinen eigenen Sound, der sich von anderen Künstlern abhebt.

Electronic music is a communication, however, also a way to meet people with the same interests. Underground Party's in smaller circles, were platforms to experiment with music, but also a possibility, to establish him as an artist in the scene. He inspires more and more people with fine, minimalistic sounds and develops his own sound which contrasts with other artists.
