This started as an idea to quickly developed into an epic 20 minute track!  The original idea was to make something dedicated to the Voyager satellites leaving our solar system for interstellar space.  Quite pretentious really, but a bit of fun on my part.  Musically inspired by Tangerine Dream, Mike Oldfield and Jean Michel Jarre.  Its not the best thing I've ever done, but best listened to in the dark on a clear night where you can see the stars above with headphones :)

Ode To Voyager

One of my favourite tracks.  Quite old now.  The original had lots of distorted guitars, but I prefer the clean sounds of just the synths.  Originally written around the time of the BIOCORP project, but doesnt really fit with the other material and has since been revamped for my personal music project

Synthetic Divinity

one of the oldest songs I did.  Programmed about 9 years ago entirely using ModPlug Tracker and some rubbish samples.  Actually, MPT (or OpenMPT as its now known) is a great little tool for any aspiring musician.  Also featuring a drum fill stolen from Trauma Genesis Child's "Little Nell" cos it was awesome!

I wrote this in 2005 for a musical project that dealt with pharmaceutical companies splicing viruses together, probably after seeing Mission Impossible 2.  Low Budget (i.e. None) amatuer music made with samples and a tracker program.

my take on a bit of music from an 80s video game on the Commodore 64.  This was a sub game in the Ocean title "Frankie Goes To Holywood".  I believe it was originally by Fred Grey but i might be wrong.  it was stunning for a 3 voice sid chip throw away tune where you had to catch flowers as they fell from the top of the screen to increase your joy (or something)

Flower Power

Im uploading this for reference really as this is the first piece of music I wrote in my new home.  I was playing with Synth sounds and came up with that blade runner-esque sound that I love using free VSTs and some basic effects that come with Reaper.  Nothing noteworthy musically except that I happen to like it.  The Piano needs a redo but I am quite happy with the drum loop and the layers of distortion.
