This mix was inspired through beginners mind, that childlike wonder present in not knowing, yet following instincts and guidance from within. Rather than holding tight to what I wanted or thought was "supposed to be", I went with what felt fun, felt right, felt harmonic, and paid attention to those whom I admire, adore, and aspire to inspire. 

You have the knowledge, wisdom, skills, and fortunes present to bring your dreams into reality.  Though to be in the flow, we've got to let go of our tight grasps, and submit to acceptance, guidance, humility.

A short + sweet musical offering infused with the magic of last evening’s full (pink) moon. Apparently this most recent full moon has had a variety of different names throughout history - such as “breaking ice moon” (hence the title), “budding moon of plants and shrubs”, + “frog moon”. 

As I come more into contact with my own inner world, I’m frequently amazed at how affected I am by the moon’s phases. Until very recently I hadn’t realized just how heavy the effects can be. Learning to work with it and surf it’s waves; that’s been a fun experiment as of late.

This mix poured out very spontaneously last night: and to me, it was a celebration of the gradual release of winter’s clutch. 

Molten reds, deep purples, + vibrant floral arrangements laid atop relentless sub bass frequencies, focused on breaking up the ice within.

Full of tracks from friends, some unreleased work, and productions from just a handful of the artists I admire.
