The Duke & Gonzo project is a joint effort by the German producers Jonas Kalkreuth and Jan Velten. After knowing each other for quite some time, their mutual passion for music and funky psychedelic soundscapes inspired them to experiment with DAWs and create own arrangements.

Welcome Dj Vibetech to the family ❤ 

Bruno VIBETECH originated from Portugal and has since found a home in the northern section of Wales UK. In the 90s his passion for Psytrance began while attending some of the more local parties around Lisbon as a teenager, The most notable being the mighty BOOM festival. 

Once in the UK, Vibetech attended the Manchester School of Electronic music in 2011 where he learned how to properly use turn tables. After a 7-year break behind the decks, in June 2018 Vibetech won the London-based PsyAliens DJ competition. The passion for mixing was once again ignited.  Since then, Vibetech has been a familiar face rocking dancefloors around the country alongside some of the biggest psytrance names in the world! 

Playing a versatile range of psychedelic sounds, his high-energy presence is welcomed by all ! 
Bruno Vibetech also co-hosts a popular up-and-coming Psytrance event in the UK ‘Satori’ where he’s found love in giving the new.. and the old, an opportunity to experience the beautiful psychedelic atmosphere we all enjoy.

Welcome Ollie to the Digital Shamans Records family ❤

Born in the deep heart of Damascus Syria, Sami aka Ollie, started his musical journey at an early age. playing the guitar and listening to classical music. Despite his love for his instrument, he knew deep inside that there was something more to music, that he had yet to discover.

In 2011, Sami was introduced to electronic music , instantly sparking his curiosity. He quickly got into experimenting with synthesizers, discovering the vast sonic possibilities they offered.
The year 2015 marked a turning point in Sami's musical journey when he encountered psytrance within France's underground scene. 

Instantly, he fell under its spell. He knew that this is what he was looking for in music and quickly got into producing it. 
Slowly, he developed a distinct sound identity influenced by his origins, his classical musical studies and endless hours of experimenting with synthesizers.

Since 2020, he has been sharing his knowledge with a growing community on his YouTube channel, where he shares psychedelic production & sound design tutorials and preset packs.

Rave Culture and Religion explores the role of the technocultural rave in the spiritual life of contemporary youth. 

Documenting the sociocultural and religious parameters of rave and post-rave phenomena at various locations around the globe, scholars of contemporary religion, dance ethnologists, sociologists and other cultural observers unravel this significant youth cultural practice.

The collection provides insights on developments in post-traditional religiosity (especially ‘New Age’ and ‘Neo-Paganism’) through studies of rave’s gnostic narratives of ascensionism and re-enchantment, explorations of the embodied spirituality and millennialist predispositions of dance culture, and investigations of transnational digital-art countercultures manifesting at geographic locations as diverse as Goa, India, north-eastern New South Wales, Australia and Nevada’s Burning Man Festival. 
Contributors examine raving as a new religious or revitalization movement; a powerful locus of sacrifice and transgression; a lived bodily experience; a practice comparable with world entheogenic rituals and as evidencing.

Nothing ever ends in this universe. No information gets lost and nothing can disappear. Everything is just movement transforming into new movement. 

Mr. Hollywood doesn´t even look back, while he is leaving the apocalyptic west. Slowly he drives the sausage Beetle into the east, leaving the sunset and everything behind him. From now on, he is starting his great escape. 

Driving on empty roads while the radio plays sixties music, followed by poems of a lost generation that is questioning life in itself. While the east comes closer Mr. Hollywood feels kind of woozy, not knowing who he is, not knowing if he belongs to the westside or to the eastside.

 Slow Hip Hop beats fade away, while the wind blows mantras into his ear. The transformation has begun. He feels lost and lonesome, he is losing his orientation and then he starts to feel the change. Mr. Hollywood transforms into Mr. Bollywood. Rational knowledge combines itself with eastern philosophy, mathematical formulas turn into musical prayers. 

All knowledge is universal, every perspective is just subjective and everything is an interpretation, forced by a biochemical process inside the small thing that we call our head. We can only infiltrate our own mind, while we share and receive information and knowledge. Teaching and learning are always equal. Knowledge becomes a shared responsibility. 
We never go anywhere. We always stay in the nowhere. We always stay inside ourselves. 

After realizing that, Mr. Bollywood turns his head towards the beauty of the majestic nature that is surrounding him, knowing that his future path will guide him into the wild.

Digital Shamans present OLLIE with a live set that showcases his latest work including all of the tracks of his latest EP "Celestial Redemption". Ollie is the project of Sami SAWME, a psytrance artist and a sound designer from Damascus, Syria. OLLIE | Digital Shamans Series EP. 8 | 13/04/2024

This is a recording of KIBA's set at the 28th Antaris Project. Having her first experiences with the Psytrance culture at the young age of 15, Hamburg- and Schwerin-based DJane KiBa was so fascinated and blown away by the music and vibe that her path became clear: DJing!  She began spinning records in 2005, quickly finding her unique sound within the Psytrance kaleidoscope. This was proven correct a year later, as bookings started coming in from across Northern Germany—a clear reflection of her distinctive approach to sound.  Her style can be described as rough, stomping, and intense, blending Twisted Twilight and psychedelic forest elements, perfectly mirroring her own character: full power! The abbreviation KiBa stands for Kick & Bass (which typically stomp at 150 BPM) but also refers to the German words 'Kirsch Banane' (Cherry Banana).

This is a live set from INPSYDE OUT, showcasing some of his most recent work, featuring nine unreleased tracks and only two released ones, all created in 2023 and 2024. This fresh podcast is a wild, mind-melting ride through Inpsyde Out's creative output. Constantin, aka Inpsyde Out, was born and raised in northern Germany, near the Danish border. He discovered Psytrance at 16 during his skateboarding days, instantly falling in love with the music, people, and vibe after attending his first party.  After a long break from music, he began producing ambient and cinematic tracks in 2016 without taking it too seriously. By 2018, he felt it was time to return to Psytrance, and Inpsyde Out was born.  In late 2021, just before Christmas, Nico (Z3nkai), head of Digital Shamans Records, reached out, leading to Inpsyde Out signing with the label. Since then, he has released music on several labels, including two EPs with Digital Shamans Records, and performed live sets worldwide.

Marco Riipi aka ‘’Shenanigan” was born 1991 and raised in Sweden. At an early age he began listening to a variety of electronic music. By 2006 he finished his first track using the program Fruity loops and after some time producing Hardstyle he began going to local Psytrance parties and it immediately captivated his imagination. 

He has played at numerous parties and festivals in Sweden and Denmark, for instance Forest Star, Spiritz of The Jungle, Skogen Kallar, Electronic Culture. After releasing 2 EP’s at Maharetta Records and 1 EP at Sangoma Records plus a lot of tracks on different VA’s he has now built a solid foundation of his undeniably unique and elegant style demonstrates his clear understanding and apperception for all elements of the modern psychedelic trance.

In 2013, in the highest village on a mountain in the Swiss Alps, a project was born. Having been attending and organising parties for his entire adult life, Nico Z3nkai decided to help his friends, help the music he loves and use his many contacts to create a family of musicians that became what is known today as DIGITAL SHAMANS RECORDS.

It was not long before Z3nkai compiled the first release and made a huge first impression for the label. This CD, Altered Gravity, showed off the fresh talent on the label as well as established international artists that supported and loved what the label was doing.

Their sound quickly spread with many artists seeking to be released on the label, Did playing their music at the biggest events and promoters booking them all over the world including USA, Brazil, Canada, New Caledonia and India to name a few.

Today, having released 4 CDs and numerous EPs and playing at the worlds events, they bring a heavy line-up of live acts and DJs to rock any party with complicated, detailed, full power psychedelic dance music and are quickly making a name for themselves as the label to watch!
