HoTL Records shows no sign of slowing down to end their momentous year, giving David Tort’s classic ‘Lost In Acid’ the remix treatment from Abel Ramos, Henrix & Digital Lab, DJ Mara & Sebastian Ledher and DJ Diass.

The original mix previously smashed Beatport charts, and has been remastered to pull the classic record into 2015. Abel Ramos takes the acid inspiration of the original record and reconstructs it into an relentless mainstage weapon, the intertwining bass and topline synth surging with energy. No strangers to successful collaborations, Henrix & Digital Lab’s deceiving intro makes way for a monstrously resonant bass, staggered perfectly between pounding kicks.

DJ Mara & Sebastian Ledher take their remix down an alternative route, the classic house stabs and pads of the original complemented by intricate percussive rhythms. The standout package is completed by Bulgaria’s DJ Diass, the rolling hi-hats pushing the track forwards alongside a now trademark groove-laden bassline.

David Tort is one of the most influential Spanish artists in the electronic music scene thanks to his studio work and powerful DJ sets around the world. David is a regular fixture in the Miami club scene, and his dynamic style and technical ability has taken him to festivals including Tomorrowland, Summerland and Summerburst. Now adding his own label to his already formidable résumé, David continues to go from strength to strength.
