Which artists has influenced you the most?
- Gerald Donald will always be number one. I think it can be heard. I wear my influences on my sleeve.

What new projects/releases with your participation are expected in the near future? 
- I continue to work with Luke Eargoggle, new stuff is fortcoming, we recently finished doing a lot of the soundtrack for a documentary called Ultras about international football culture. 

Which artists/labels is more relevant to you now?
- Brokntoys always delivers, and can not forgot my home label Stilleben records. Also very happy that E.R.P continues to release beautiful high quality music to this day.

What inspires you now to create music?
- It's almost been 20 years since I started, I have less ambition these days but I mostly start from scratch and see where my little sessions take me. I find more joy in that than finishing projects.

Marija Šević performs as a DJ under an alias Stellarcompanion. She is a Serbian born DJ and visual artist based in Belgrade.
Her sets bring bold basslines and bumping, rough-around-the-edge beats into play. 

She is a regular at Belgrade's most prominent underground clubs and venues, including 20/44, Drugstore, and the newly opened Karma Koma, where she is a resident DJ. Beyond that, she has performed at the Exit Festival alongside artists like DJ Tenis, Budino, and Gerd Janson, as well as at the Apgrade Festival. Her touring experience includes appearances at venues such as Sameheads in Berlin, PIP in The Hague, Masters, Peti Kupe, and Sound Factory in Zagreb, as well as Rocket Club in Milan.

Since October 2022, she has been a resident DJ at D59B, a Berlin-Belgrade based online radio, where she presents her selections once a month as part of the show “To the Stars.” She is also a member of "Beyond House," a music collective that specializes in eclectic electronic music for clubs and organizes parties around Belgrade.

Music has always been a main part of JAFFA SURFA aka DJ ZEE's life. Sitting hours and hours at his tape recorder at the age of 8, listening and recording a lot of old disco, rock and pop stuff, he learned to play the guitars by himself, and he also played drums and keyboards. He played in a duo band with his cousine, performing songs from The Shadows, Santana etc. Later he got acquainted with turntables and dj-ing and he was hooked on house music so he started collecting vinyl records. 
The first appearances were at some private house parties with friends. In the beginning he played techno, house, tribal, epic-house tracks, nowadays we can find from nudisco through deep & chicago house to fresh minimal funk and groovy hypnotic techhouse sounds in his sets. In 2001 he was the winner of the Check Magazine bedroom dj contest and earned the second place at Red Bull Master Of Music dj championship in 2004 from the 317 competitors with his 3 turntable set. From 2002 to 2009 he was resident dj at ROXY CLUB and editor and broadcaster at ALISCA GROOVE 91.1FM radio from 2002 to 2004. Since april 2009 he is resident dj at "The Debut" events, one of the best house music nights in Budapest. 
Along with Gergely Tar, they have a unique live set with percussions, decks, drum machine, FX and sometimes live vocalists and these instruments are also used in his own productions. Jaffa played at Hungary's best clubs, festivals and had gigs outside Hungary in countries such as Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain (during the Sonar Festival), Greece, England, Romania alongside worldwide known names like Eddie Richards, Jay Tripwire, Nima Gorji, Audiofly, Manuel Tur, Matthias Tanzmann, Funk D'Void, Marco Nastic, Justin Drake, Sascha Dive...
Starting with year 2006 he began producing his own tracks. His releases appear at on growing labels such as: Off, Bosconi, All Inn, Devoted, Universal Vibes, Irma with big support from names like Ricardo Villalobos, DJ Sneak, Matthias Tanzmann, Nic Fanciulli, Nick Curly, The Revenge, Josh Wink, Minimono, Audiofly, Federico Molinari, D'Julz, Alex Picone, Lauhaus, Doc Martin, Tom Middleton, Robert Dietz, Kabale & Liebe, Agnés, Mark Farina, Hector Moralez, etc.

INTERGALACTIC FM FESTIVAL 2025 [29/5/25]

Hagva began in 2022 as a shared experiment between CP1 and Not Mass, artists closely tied to Milan’s Evolvere collective and Stagno Records. What started as a dialogue has grown into a practice of dismantling rhythm and building it back stronger, threading techno through post-club ruptures, industrial grit, and deep ambient undertones. From Evolvere’s underground nights in Milan to RSO Berlin, Module CPH, Buka Milano, Tempovìa, and Zurich’s D.A.S., their sets have carried the same uncompromising edge: a refusal to settle into comfort, constantly pulling dancers into new terrain.

The mix we present today is a three-hour live recording from their set at D.A.S. in Zürich earlier this year, capturing Hagva in full flight. There’s no easing in, it’s a straight leap onto a fast-moving train, powered by relentless percussion and groove, with sudden swerves that snap the floor awake. Heavy, urgent, and unpredictable yet always precise, it’s a reminder that energy doesn’t need excess to be overwhelming. For those hearing them for the first time, it’s the perfect entry point; for those who already know, it’s another layer of proof. With their debut EP arriving September 15 on Stagno Records, this set stands as a clear statement of intent.

MNMT 484 : A Strange Wedding

NYC native Marcos Cabral has been involved with the rccrrdz long while. Growing up listening to hip-hop, disco and rock via NYC’s Kiss Fm and WBLS radio Cabral first began as a DJ blending hip-hop and Latin freestyle. By the late 1990s he had moved to producing, committing loops from a busted Roland MC303 Groovebox to stacks of cassette tapes for listening in his car. During these years Cabral could also be found working in NYC’s Satellite Records, a move which allowed him to hoard British and German house and techno whilst forging the links that would allow regular DJ gigs throughout the city over the coming years. By 2003 Cabral had moved on again, releasing dark, twitchy minimal house via German label Trapez Ltd. whilst working at Sonic Groove, that infamous east coast purveyor of black crack. ‘Runaway’ was a project ran in tandem with Jacques Renault, releasing records from 2007 through to today, creating freewheeling Brooklyn club jams that channel smoky disco, deep dubby house music and post-punk influences. Since 2009 the two have also ran the label ‘On The Prowl’, which similarly evokes the smoother side of the Big Apple underground releasing a variety of styles and approaches but always remaining somewhat suave. Taking a somewhat alternative tack, Marcos Cabral and Ron Morrelli have been friends since the mid-1990s, on clearing out his basement one day Cabral found a tape of music he’d made some fifteen years before, all analogue jams, hiss and drum loops and thought it might be something his friend might appreciate. That resulted in the album ‘False Memories’, released in 2013. Cabral now has several releases committed to L.I.E.S. and this strain of his darker, rougher music has begun to find wider release via labels such as Créme Organisation and the Trilogy Tapes via his uber-caustic Chemotex moniker. 
Cabral presents a dark moody mix for us here, all spindly techno and late night body movers, hypnotic techno jams that are equally suited to the headphones as the raw thump of a good club system.

Mick Wills started playing his beloved DJ sets in the second half of the dazzling 80’s. In the early 90’s DJ Hell took note of his talent and got him aboard as a resident of the legendary early International Deejay Gigolo gigs.

As the selector of the whole era of dance music his sets might be better described as master classes. His exploding cocktails of wave, dark house and techno turned loads of parties in to epic memories.

The man in subject built up his reputation fast and consequent throughout the world and also gave proof of being a dedicated producer and an in-demand remixer for labels such as International Deejay Gigolo, MinimalRome, Pinkman, Tabernacle & Rush Hour.

Mick is a freak and an avid record collector who plays like every night is his last. Again and again and again.
