I want to thank all people who was around with me all those 10 year,s that I have spent in this big journey in my life. Its time to open new chapter its time to move on, with a new projects and discover something new. This is the new beginning. Its never ending journey. I see you there on road. And here we go, far out and yet so near, the third edition of “Risks Issues Opportunities” brings frontier reverberations scratching at the edges of dance, pop, downbeat, and other trance- portive sectors. Eight fast/slow propelling tracks. Adventurous, full of grandeur, gratifying the dance floor while equally winning the relaxation zones. Pure emotions crafted by newcomers. There is Milan’s Tagliabue, trancing slow and insightful. Or Cologne’s Grischerr, eloquently Tolouse-Low-Traxing. Some go down the slow burning road, where rhythms hang low, and suspense is in full show. Like London’s Frank Rodas, Garnu Depot from Iran, or Xei Ju from the islands of Micronesia, striking all ears with ghostly transcendental percussive science. An autumnally global voyage, which likewise offers industrialized districts by Italian producer Federico Cassetta, Metropolis minimal wave pop by Japanese musician Saeko Killy, or odd swamp funk by Chilean/German duo 7697 Miles. They all show, how far you can go, without losing your distinct flow.

It was my first Draaimolen and no one knew it which was great. 
It was also my first encounter with Addit Audio and their sound system installed for the first time in its full glory. I can't recall being brought to tears during one soundcheck.
So there were no news, no algorithms, no expectations to be disappointed. The pit was not announced. It felt like a curious manifestation of something paranormal.
Wonderful sound system, records and sweetest weather.  
Those who found us in the small pit in the middle of the forest most likely didn't know what was going on. 
For the most part of the first 5 hours I figured out that it would be great to play for and with the sound guy, playing right and wrong records and figuring out which one sound good. Research and development mission for Addit Audio.
After 5 hours ISAbella joined for a brief back to back session. Everything can happen in the realm of paranormal. Luckily she stayed and we played together for the next 3 hours until the last song, the one for the deceased. Probably as close as it gets to transcendence.

UK based record label Weapons of Desire was born on the 30th November 2017. The brain child of three friends Alex Handley, Mick Clarke and Toni Aslam. Alex and Toni first met Mick two years before when they had a couple of Auto Sound City EPs out on Mick’s long running Flight Recorder label. 

The saying “Being around the block a few times” is an understatement when you look at the recording history of them all. Playing, making and releasing music all the way back to the 80’s (even further in Mick’s case) seemed like a natural progression when talking about a potential label and the vision they had before its creation using their recording names (Iron Blu and Auto Sound City) to make the kind of music they wanted to dance to. The ethos was and still is to release tough dancefloor publications as stated in the label description "Spinning an endless cable of steel sound".

Over the years Weapons Of Desire has released vinyl as single-sided two track hand stamped records, four track EPs, a couple of six track compilations entitled Machine Funk Vol. 1 and 2, double packs and an album. The label Is also now fully integrated with regular digital releases too.

31 releases and a total of 33 different artists, Weapons of Desire has a seat firmly at the table with more chairs added for 2025. Afterall without great music, life would most certainly be a mistake

I'm feeling like a complete loser at the current moment because the way ive been treating myself and others. life's been kicking my ass lately and ive been barely hanging on, ill keep hanging on for others because i know thet want me to keep going. thats all i want to say, thank you for listening and reading this half assed paragraph.
