"Parliament of Owls" began as a Dillard original session in my one room cabin up in the rockies a couple years back. I got my hands on the session and it morphed into the collaborative piece it is now. Screeching owls among towering pines, an odd time broken stick rhythm and an old school style oscillation. Minimal and full of breath.
