this one is really god for the remix competition!!

This is trance as it should be... Perfect.

Okay so I announced that I will be holding a remix competition for Digitized Recordings. I put a new track and a classic hit to the vote to see which track people wanted to remix. Although the new track just pipped it by 4 votes, Checkmate got a 100 more plays. So here is what I am going to do. Both will be up for remixing. The winner of the new track remix will have that added to the full release of that track. The winner of the Checkmate remix will be released on it's own. Both winners will have options for further work for the label too.

Ok so here are some quick rules. 

The remixes have to be by someone who has not had any releases with Digitized before or any in the pipeline with Digitized. I want to keep this fresh for the label. Releases on any other label is fine.

Don't worry about final masters. If you can't master yourself or don't know anyone that can for you, or can't afford a pro master. Digitized will have the winning entries pro mastered. We are looking for talent and we will be able to hear that in the track. So just do your best.

The winners will be on the main label, so keep it Trance. No point in doing a prog house, edm, electro, dub step or anything like that remix. We don't release that style on the main label. 

This will run for 8 weeks with the deadline been Monday 30th June. The winners will be announced a week later. The judges will be Touchstone, Ally Brown and myself. So if you want to enter this please PM for a remix pack stating which track you would like to remix. Once your track is done please up it to Dropbox and PM me it. Do not use Soundcloud.
