The Regional Fusion Tour was established in 2009 as an event with one statement: the industry of original Arabic music is a regional revolution, and not a coincidence of isolated attempts. Artists that have built their musical language and audience separately in each country got the chance to meet and fuse their genres to blast a new experience across the Middle East for all of the region’s audience to witness. August 2009. Jordanian artists included Aziz Maraka & RAZZ , Sign of Thyme, and Jadal. Egyptian artists included Ressala and Omar Kamel, while Mashrou3 Leila and I-Voice participated from Lebanon.

KAYAAN means existence in Arabic. The band, founded and produced by pianist Christian Mueller, is an international music project that blends Arabic Hip Hop with Western Jazz. It’s a unique music project -‐ the first of its kind that joins different cultures. It consists of three rappers from Palestine as well as six jazz musicians and a female vocalist from Switzerland. The result is a perfect blend between groovy jazz and bouncy hip-‐hop and especially between different cultures. This exciting mixture emerges on the debut album “Wednesday”, which got its name from the weekday, since most of the important creative work happened on a Wednesday.

Hashem Elkeleshi or 'Dijit' is a world-renowned music producer and visual artist from Cairo, Egypt.
A producer of 'mesmerising' trip hop, His performances are not about making 'delightful' or 'conventional' music nor do they make much sense at times. Rather, his music provides people with noise that ultimately reflect the underlying intricacies of the community we live in. Needless to say, he lives on copious amounts of caffeine and has very little sleep. He has produced music under numerous titles and features a number of both popular and budding artists like Aly Talibab (spoken word), Abuyusif (rapper), Mohammed Adel (composer and guitarist) AC Ghazy, As Dee (singer and spoken word artist) and Lella Fadda (vocals). His latest LP titled 'Hyperattention - Selected Dijital Works Vol. 1' has been described as "perfectly low-lit and charged with a slow, nocturnal energy" that has been "keyed for contemplative times".
