@PeaceCore's own, Dill The Nomad, drops his long awaited mixtape! With sixteen tracks that convey the personal tale most people go through when dropping out of college, pursuing the unknown. We find brash confidence on tracks like "ICON" and "Shots," where the former, Dill has lines like "To confess truth, I spit text through a set of compressed tubes on top a desk in my bedroom" while ending the lulling dizzy of rhymes with a very stark truth about the prison system of America. Quick spells of rhymes and Tyson-esque punchlines aren't the focus point of this tape. The turning point comes after the Interlude and the succeeding track before it. We find the scale of confidence and --frankly played out -- bluster of rap skills completely tipped towards vulnerability and self-reflection. "Fallin' Up" is a smooth ride of pain, riddled with a hopeful message. This project isn't only a display of skills but we get a glimpse of the avant-garde artist. Somehow, through the impactful and sometimes convicting messages, Nomad still delivers with hypnotic melodies and natural cadences over instrumentals made just for him. "Pink Starburst" doesn't even feel like it's a long-winded exhale of bars because of the immersive layers that enamor the listener. This is only the sunrise of Dill The Nomad, and the horizon as he would put it, "is bright and the Earth is *probably* not the shape they say it is."
