Above & Beyond and long-time collaborator Justine Suissa share their first joint effort in over four years, ‘Almost Home’. 

‘Almost Home’ is Above & Beyond’s first club track of 2021, arriving just in time for their Group Therapy 450 milestone show at The Drumsheds in London this September. ABGT450 is their first headline show in over a year, and will see the trio perform to an audience of more than 10,000 fans. Later in September, Above & Beyond embark on the Anjunafamily Reunion Tour, which visits major cities across the U.S.A. including sold-out stops at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Stanford’s Frost Amphitheater and the world-famous Echostage in D.C. 

Jono, Tony, Paavo and Justine have been working together since 2000 when they formed the group OceanLab. In 2008, they released their first and only album ‘Sirens Of The Sea’,a record that has gained near-mythical status among trance fans. More recently, Above & Beyond and Justine have collaborated on club hits like ‘Alright Now’, ‘Cold Feet’ and ‘Another Chance’, and emotive, downtempo records like ‘Little Something’. 

In 2016, Justine joined Above & Beyond during their sell-out ‘Acoustic II’ tour, which stopped at iconic venues including Royal Albert Hall in London and The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. 

“This is a track that we originally wrote with Justine some years ago. Like many musicians during lockdown, we buried ourselves in the studio and had plenty of time to pick through old ideas. ‘Almost Home’, with its ’80s production influences, caught our ear. We sent it across to Justine again, and she rewrote the second verse to reflect her feelings on it today - we won’t tell you what it’s about though, we’ll leave that for you to decide. This track started in quite a different form, so we’ve also done a Club Mix to bring it a bit more up-to-date. It’s quite emotional to think that we’ll be able to play this one live for you all very soon. Take care for now!” - Above & Beyond

ASOT 469 Tune Of The Week! Arty's seen a phenomenal rise in the short 14 months since we gave him his debut release on Enhanced Progressive. "Man Of The Moment" is a term often used, but we feel there is absolutely no other way of describing the young Russian right now. Since his remix of Ferry Tayle & Static Blue's Trapeze and Tritonal's Utopia, Arty has been the producer everyone wants, and subsequent remixes for the likes of the scenes biggest names, Above & Beyond, Kyau & Albert and Paul van Dyk, and his Beatport No. 1 remix of D-Mad on Enhanced Progressive has cemented his position at the top of the newcomers from the past year. Back on Enhanced Progressive with another brilliant Original, Arty turns out two versions of Twilight Tonight. The Original Mix falls in a similar vein to that of his last two EP's on Enhanced, whilst the Arty Remode vamps up the atmosphere with Arty's trademark power chords with rich pads and synths sending the emotion into orbit. Remixes come from two of Enhanced Prog's favourites, MoodFreak and D-Mad. MoodFreak makes a welcome return after a lengthy hiatus, and he doesn't disappoint as he pushes the track towards the progressive house pigeonhole with his sparkly synths and groovy bottom end. D-Mad rips up the rulebook and goes for an entirely fresh approach from his usual style, combining stabby synths and bleepy melodies with the wonkiest bassline we've heard in a while! Essential stuff from the Man Of The Moment!

With support from Pete Tong (Radio 1), Annie Nightingale (BBC R1), Charlie Hedges (BBC R1), Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren, Above & Beyond and many more, he's is one of trance music’s most influential figures. 

ilan had a busy 2022: he wrapped up his 'Impulse' tour in support of his second studio album, delivered an incredible set at Group Therapy Weekender London, and worked hard on new music in between touring the globe. 

This year, ilan headlined sold-out shows in London, Manchester and Dallas, and is currently touring across North America. He’s also set to step behind the decks at Tomorrowland and Above & Beyond's Group Therapy Weekender at The Gorge later this summer.

Fresh off a recent live appearance at Luminosity Beach Festival, the Serbian phenom presents "Aurora," a hypnotic and truly breathtaking progressive opus.

Kicking off with a deep-progressive rhythm, "Aurora" offers an evocative soundscape in the early going, courtesy of lush and sensual pads, as well as a variety of celestially inspired arp lines. The song's most emotionally incisive melodic element arrives shortly thereafter: an ethereal series of pitched-down vocal effects, the soulfulness of which immediately elicits the listener's vulnerability. The progression gently crescendoes, ultimately leading to a cinematic, string-backed orchestral section, which is later joined by a rousing new lead theme, featuring an array of euphonious and euphoric synths. As if birthed from the far reaches of the cosmos, the indelibly poignant theme that arrives at this moment (and continues through the drop) serves as a sort of spiritual beacon for the listener and offers a profound catharsis.

Sonny Wharton has revealed his hotly anticipated new single ‘All or Nothing’, out now via Steve Angello’s SIZE Records. The track, a follow up to his highly acclaimed SIZE release ‘Vice’, contains a deep rumbling bassline, with slowed vocal samples layered over the brooding chords of the production.

  Having established himself as one of the finest producers to emerge from the UK, Sonny kickstarted his music career by winning a mix-tape competition for Renaissance and DJ Mag, which catapulted the British DJ right into the heart of Ibiza’s nightlife, with high profile shows across the Island.

Over the course of his career so far, Sonny has gained strong support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Danny Howard, as well as Fatboy Slim, who named Sonny his ‘producer of the year’ in 2012. Not stopping there, Carl Cox handpicked Sonny’s single ‘Raindance’ as his ‘Ibiza Tune Of The Summer’ for Radio 1’s Review Show last year. 

Sonny’s skillful ability to captivate the audience with his energetic performances and diverse track selection has seen him take to the decks alongside dance heavyweights Armand Van Helden and Eric Prydz, performing at global venues such as London’s legendary Ministry of Sound and the iconic Glastonbury Festival.
