"5am" - not so much music as feeling.

5am 24 February - the moment when our old world was ruined and stopped.
Even if I had all words from the all languages, I can't describe the emotions and the reality we lived. But I hope that small pieces of music could tell more than any of my words.

Since the war started I plan to compose music about the feelings I had and publish it as soon as possible, but I really found myself psychically destroyed until the harsh reality. I never thought that writing music about myself can be so difficult. Composing music about imaginary things or stories that don't happen to you now it's not the same as really facing them, really feeling, really being here and now, and experiencing it every day.

Today is the 116th day of the war. And we still stay. And we will win.

Today is the 172nd day of the war in Ukraine, my country, which stay upfront to the evil barbaric fascists of Putin's regime. But that war didn't start on 24th February, when they cross our borders and planned to ruin our nation in a few days. No, it didn't start then. And that war didn't start on 2014 when the first bullet flew on us, and we felt the price for our choice to be part of a truly democratic free world. No, it didn't start then either.

That war has started a long time ago, that endless struggle for many centuries, between Ukrainians and russians, who always wanted to destroy the very idea of the existence of an independent Ukraine.
We remember all our heroes and all victims too, throughout all our history.

And our fight will end only with our win, because we never forgot, and we never forgive.

Ukraine will be forever.

Here is my new single, called "Morning Beach", a small piece of emotion and a hidden story about a young man with a broken heart, who goes along the morning beach, and catches the first rays of the sun on his face.
His heart was broken by a love that could never happen, and he slowly goes into the water and drowned.

That act of slowly dramatic suicide was shooted by a friend of mine, a talented director from Iceland, Sigurður Edgar Andersen, on his movie called "The Sea". I've had the favor to work on that project as a music composer, and now, I want to share some music with you.

Morning Beach

Here is my new single, called "To Behold", and that's a little touch to some feelings I had one day. I have been seeing the sky before the rain, and that was a really unmarkable moment because there was not some unusual at all, but the point is I felt too calm and safe despite the fact that the thunder goes louder and closer, and the sky was dark and threatening.

I think the point is it doesn't matter what's going on around you, no matter how loud the thunderstorm is if you have a reason to stay and keep yourself happy, you know - that all will be ended one day, and you will see the shy evening sun's rays one more time. One more time again...

Here is my new single called "Souvenirs". It's a French word which means "Memories", and in this case - it's my very first memory ever. 
I was like 3 years old, probably, something around that, and I remember a black and purple sky, that looked like it was in the middle of a thunderstorm. I remember the rain, roughly banged on the windows, and the birds who desperately tried to find a save. I don't know if it exactly was a thunderstorm, or if it was just my toddler imagination, but I still strictly remember that painting when I close my eyes before sleep. 
And when I closed my eyes in front of my piano - that's what my memories sound like.

🎧 "Predators" - Ukrainian post-apocalyptic web series production of Special Filming Service company. The story tells of a closed mysterious territory called the Zone. The main character tries for the second time to get to its center, a place where no one has yet reached, but he attracts too much attention and now he is followed by both simple marauders with stalkers and assassins. Dangerous with its anomalies and mutants, the radioactive zone confronts predators much more dangerous than mutants. There is no worse beast in the Zone than humans.
