Schauplatz der Trilogie “Also tanzen wir” ist eine zunächst dystopisch scheinende Welt, in der zunehmend weniger getanzt wird. Begleitet wird Protagonistin Patrizia Battistella (die Stimme von 1zimmerapartment) auf ihrer authentischen Heldenreise übers Parkett. Angesiedelt zwischen Historie und Fiktion, werden dokumentarische Sequenzen mit dramaturgischen Klangmustern kombiniert.
Auftakt des Melodramas von Mike S. ist die klassische Techno-Inszenierung "Tanzen (Disco Lazer Mix)". Die kraftvolle Komposition sorgt unmittelbar für Tanzstimulation, die steigende Dynamik verspricht Hoffnung. "Tanzen (Liebe Mix)" legt den Fokus auf Zeitzeugenmitschnitte. Unverklärte Tonfolgen entidealisieren zwar Tanzen als ultimative Antwort, warme Harmonien bestätigen jedoch den zuversichtlichen Ausblick. "Tanzen (Disco Lazer Instrumental)" kommt ganz ohne Audiokommentare aus – erhaben über alle Zweifel. Die berauschende Unbekümmertheit hinterlässt ein Gefühl, als ob nie etwas war.

*Dass bei Evosonic Records zwischen der EvoRec 097 und 098 die 076 veröffentlicht wird, hat einen guten Grund. Als “TANZEN” entstand vor ca. 2 Jahren, beschlossen Patrizia & Mike (1zimmerapartment), diese Produktion als 076 zu veröffentlichen. Das Geburtsjahr von Patrizia ist 1976. Es ist das Projekt, das ihr am meisten am Herzen liegt. Also warum nicht! Es hätte alles so schön gepasst. Ja und dann kam das eine auf das andere, schlechte Master, gute Master, neues Pre-Master, nochmal alles komplett in Frage gestellt, und so weiter und so fort. Nun ist es aber im Mai 2024 so weit … und wir denken, das Warten hat sich gelohnt.
