Following their debut Smash The House collab ‘Cactus’ back in 2017, featuring also Futuristic Polar Bears, Wolfpack & X-TOF this time take on hype master Fatman Scoop and London young gun Mike Bond on the big-name collab ‘Arabian Bounce’. The hotly anticipated track is set for release 15th November on Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s leading imprint, after having been premiered at this year’s Tomorrowland. 

Opening up with pounding low-ends and Middle Eastern flavours, Fatman Scoop’s signature military tone commands the listener toward the dancefloor before this big room banger breaks. The foreign flavours then return with Scoop leading the charge, before the progressive house / Arabian hybrid comes back with the kind of combined energy of all the talent involved, as ‘Arabian Bounce’ displays all artists’ involved prowess in the studio.

First realising their shared hard dance sensibilities on last year’s remix package of Timmy Trumpet’s forward thinking ‘Deja-Vu’; a track which was celebrated for reinventing the idea of a “follow-up” in recycling elements of its predecessor, the smash hit ‘Freaks’. This time, Dimatik & Overdrive reunite to make their joint debut on the Top 100 DJ Poll’s #1 Smash The House imprint, with the release of ‘The Music Box’, out November 29th. 

Immediately channelling a hardstyle energy, the overdriven and accelerating drum patterns quickly speed towards the track’s stylistic centrepiece. Introducing cinematic ambiences, operatic vocals and an epic storytelling monologue which bears a nod to the ‘Cinematik Sessions’ radio show hosted by Dimatik, the track is a multi-purpose anthem that could as equally soundtrack a blockbuster thriller as it could the Ultra Music stage Dimatik graced this year.
