Aftergore is a series of AUs taking place after Undertale's neutral endings, in which a new human enters in Frisk's wake.
Aftergore V, the King Mettaton ending, details an ending in which Asgore, Toriel, and Undyne are all slain, leaving Mettaton next in line for the throne. He's turned the Underground into an aesthetic corporate dystopian paradise. Humans are to be invited to join his Fan Club. And if they reject it, they die.

Mettaton, as stated, takes the role of Asgore. Nex hasn't exactly joined his fan club, but he's not upset. Far from it. This is the kind of dramatic tension he lives for! He'll simultaneously root for Nex's destruction and for his success...anything for the drama to continue. But how well will that hold up when Mettaton has to face Nex himself?

Snowdin swaps with Hotland and it's called 'Vulkino' since they swap with Snowy (which is the name of the theme, too). Despite being a thermal area, Vulkino is also a pretty fun place to visit due to its sophisticated nature. The computerized microwave swaps with the dimensional box. I wonder why people would put their non-food stuff in it. On top of that, here are the swap choices for the "Snowdin" enemies:
• Vulkin - Snowdrake/Snowy
• Ice Cap - Tsunderplane
• Pyrope - Chilldrake

Decided this one to be updated to sound more fitting for the atmosphere. This track is inspired by one of "Sonic CD" zone themes and "A CYBER'S WORLD?".

Tl;dr, WUtB Vol. II is basically if Chara and Asriel swapped instead of MK with Asriel or Frisk with Chara, and also sans with Undyne instead of Papyrus this time.
