Musician, Producer & DJ Bradley Miller aka CKtrl from Lewisham South London is a true talent. This multi-instrumentalist makes music inspired by his surroundings; he articulates the sights and sounds around him through his powerful detailed instrumentals. 

A regular on NTS he has recently featured on heavy weight line-ups for Boiler Room, SBTRKT Curates and Deviation. His forward thinking selections combine the perfect balance of R&B and grime inspired electronic sounds, taking you on a personal journey he plays you music made by himself or by his friends. Always in good company, he recently entertained a moonlit beach full in Mexico going back to back with Sampha at The Young Turks New Years Eve bash. Destined for greatness he is one to familiarise yourself with.

Neil Gavin Rumney is an artist that started putting out rave on Chill Records and ended up as a respected garage artist, but for me his sweet spot was 1995 - 2005 when he put out 9 EPs under the guise of Trotters Independent Traders. Like the Only Fools and Horses characters the name references, he takes a liberal approach to copyright throughout the whole catalogue which came out on his own label, Ruff On Wax Recordings. The latest episode is dedicated to Rumney's output: an hour of UK hard bouncy house at its zenith.

> holy moly, where to start with Timo @deeprhythms, our language relative from Finland • widely known as the curator for deeprhythms.com and heavily involved with the current scene with 2 labels - Echocentric Records & RMECR - and as an artist being one half of Coymix • but more importantly he delivered (DELIVERED!) an awesome peaktime party mix for us that we will blast out driving to festivals in the summer to get in the mood • proggy heaven!

> Timo's message for the mix: the beauty lies in the bassline. The mix theme is loosely based around human voice as an instrument. Chants, chopped up movie lines, diva vocals. Positive vibes & pre-millenium sounds best enjoyed in good company.

Stella Zekri (@stella-zekri-ouiddir) is based in Berlin but her sound defies the usual expectations of those who dance in the city best known for house and techno. Her sets instead are instead led by soul and emotion and reach far and wide into the worlds of hip hop, house, new beat, trance, jazz, disco and bring rich colours and exultant vibes to the scene. She often likes to play long sets and isn't afraid of twisting and turning through diverse tempos and rhythms along the way, which is something she also does at the Body Language events she founded with Camilla Rae and Caitlin Russell in 2021. They have brought something all new to the queer scene in Berlin, while her monthly Breakfast Show on Refuge Worldwide and her studio work with 80s zouk and boogie band Stella and the Longos are further creative outlets that make Stella a new school star.  

All of this is reflected in the sixty-minute selection Stella has put together for us this week: it's a celebration of her eclectic collection that is powered by outgoing pianos, emotive vocals and gleeful grooves. There are old school house jams and silky soul-laced depths, happy 90s tracks and plenty of sensuous voices that all prove Stella Zekri's ability to keep the good times flowing is second to none.

Being heavily influenced by acid house, techno, krautrock and psychedelic music, his mixes often create an intergalactic voyage for the dance-floor and today's mix is no different, featuring the likes of CPI, Zu Mu Party Crew, Coil, Jenson Intercepter, I-F, and much much more.
