We are very happy to have @reycolino presenting the latest episode of Syntop Audio! The @kalaharioystercult label boss has not only proven his great taste shaping his label's very own sound but also made some waves with his mixes lately. The mix he recorded for Syntop Audio combines uplifting trancy melodies with deep electro sounds and dreamy atmospheres. With its trippy groove the mix drags the listener into a deep, ravy hypnosis. As part of the current wave of Aussie producers that are making a name for themselves with their contemporary take on 90’s-influenced prog house and trance-y goodness, Solar Suite is responsible for delivering some serious tunes in recent times. Off the back of his recent EP for On Rotation, we got in touch with our Aussie mate to talk about his latest record, upcoming Europe tour and forthcoming EP on Haŵs, and he’s graced us with 60 minutes of high-paced dance floor blends, paying homage to those hazy 6am dance floor moments.

For Rotations 26 we have Activator — the newly formed project from two Naarm DJs Jaevin aka Vitamin DJ / @vitamin_D_J  and Clay aka Toorak Cowboy / @claywaddell.

Two of the most warm and vibrant lovers of the Naarm music scene, both Jaevin and Clay's infectious energy translates into their sets which are pure, unadulterated fun.

Progressive, trancey and with a little euro-house flava, this mix is nearly 2 hours of non-stop energy with a few unreleased local tracks ;)

Number 22 brings my lovely Berlin based friend George aka Dugong @deejaydugong. Originally from Brisbane, Australia, he is  the co-organiser of music & events collective @astralvipz, he has an incredible taste & technical skill for dj'ing - which I was lucky enough to witness at the astral vip x imaginary friend party in Berlin last year (incredible party!).

Under astral vip, on top of regular parties, they have a residency @refugeworldwide where you can find a bunch of incredible mixes to sift through. I think George's music is a great reflection of his charismatic, fun personality - a diverse selection of euphoric, deep party bangers. Hope you enjoy the mix as much as I did!

Born in Tokyo but living in London since 2012, Junki's been an avid record collector from an early-age. Few have bags as deep, something shown by this mix, which happens to be an hour section of his set from Dimensions 2022. It's testament to the timeless sound he's cultivated that you'd never tell.
