Dimensions Mix Series

One of the slickest new selectors in the scene, quickly rising through the ranks, Matthew Neequaye has already provided some outstanding musical moments, not to mention those witnessed on-site at this year's festival. Resident for the legendary Leeds party outfit Butter Side Up, this exquisite mix is a shining example of his diverse, deep and totally hypnotic selections. This week's mix is crammed full of psychedelic low-end selections courtesy of Kristin Malossi aka DJ Voices. It's a 90-minute landscape of multi-faceted and highly-charged sounds featuring a number of local NYC producers that Kristin is loving right now. A founding member of the collective Working Women, booker for Ridgewood nightclub Nowadays and regular host on the beloved Lot Radio, her musical voice continues to permeate the scene with an energy that's very much her own. This week we welcome DJ, producer and radio host Paula Tape to our mix series with a 70 minute tour through the sounds and selections that are quickly building her a well-deserved reputation as one of the most exciting talents in the scene. A purveyor of eclectic selections, expect stomping beats and playful percussive riffs, synth-heavy rhythms and much more. 

Paula's energetic sound is mirrored across her own productions (with releases on Rhythm Section, Permanent Vacation, Planet Trip Records and more), as well as her radio shows on Worldwide FM and Milan's Radio Raheem and we're excited to be welcoming her to Dimensions this summer with a debut appearance for our 10th anniversary celebrations.
